Our family really enjoyed this property. The kids enjoyed fishing in the pond and easy access to the club house pool. With the beach just a short drive away, we will definitely look to book this property again!

Perfect spot for our annual summer trip to Bethany Beach. Close to everything: restaurants, groceries, and most importantly, the beach. Clean, comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The place was so cozy and clean. Check in was seamless and the location was so relaxing. We hope to stay here again in the future. We made so many memories.

We had a wonderful stay. This was one of our favorite homes. Clean, comfortable beds, we had everything we needed. The location was beautiful and close to the beach and boardwalk area. Access to the pool was an added bonus. Beautiful home!! Highly recommend staying here when you travel to Bethany beach!

Diane was so great to deal with and the property was wonderful. As advertised. The pond out back and the pine trees overhead, just wonderful. Great proximity to Fenwick Island State Park beach. House was clean. Nice neighborhood. We’d love to be back next year.

Excellent townhome, described perfectly by owners. Great location to Rehoboth, Bethany and Ocean City beaches/boardwalks. If in the area again, I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, well-stocked, easy to access, very laid-back. The house is comfy, perfect for a small group to hang out in between beach trips. I spent every morning drinking coffee on the screened-in porch. Having laundry in the condo, as well as a hose out front & 3 toilets, kept our visit from becoming chaotic.Fantastic grocery store at the entrance to the neighborhood. The ladies at the snack bar & the guys working at the pool were charming & kind. Neighbors are sweet. We spent most days at Fenwick Beach, which was 10-15 minute drive away. We are planning to book this space for our trip next year. Thanks Diane!!

We absolutely loved staying in this house. The kitchen is beautifully stocked, the beds are incredibly comfortable, all the furniture is nice and cozy. All the little details feel like the owners cared for the comfort and convenience of their guests: paper products, bathroom soaps, shampoos, body scrubs, cute artworks, laundry products, ample cleaning supplies - literally nothing was missing. The view from the back deck is fantastic - can't be more calm and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly - loved our morning walks, great little gym and a very nice pool at the club house (passes for 6 are provided). Diane was very responsive to our questions/requests. All in all - the best house we stayed in so far an the family has been coming to Bethany Beach for 35 years! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean, the decor was pretty, and the place was very well stocked with all essentials. We found it to be a great location to visit both Bethany beach and Fenwick state park beach. The grocery store was only a minute away and prices were good there. We also enjoyed the Salt Pond pool, which was large and had plenty of seating for all. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved our stay here. The house was clean, comfortable and well-stocked for everything we needed in terms of cooking. We enjoyed many meals on the screened porch, walks to the Salt Pond and trips to the swimming pool. The community was very accessible to all of our favorite things in Bethany/Ocean View. Check in was smooth. We hope to rent here again next summer.

Lovely place - just as described

Easy to follow check-in and check-out. Nice, super clean place with plenty of room for our family of 6. Comfortable beds with plenty of good pillows. Loved the little screened in porch for meals and games. Well stocked but bring a few dishwasher pods and laundry pods (we had to buy a whole box just to run it a few times) those would be nice to include.Note to future renters - we thought parking at the beach would be impossible but if you go a bit past the boardwalk there are still park mobile parking zones and a bit of cruising around we were able to find people leaving within about 15 mins even midday weekends.

Fantastic Bethany Beach Home

This is a wonderful home and we are grateful that we had the opportunity to stay here. This is one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed at and we are hopeful to be able to stay here again in the future. It is very quiet and peaceful, but yet only a very short drive to the beach. The community facilities are great, with a nice pool, fitness room, pickle ball courts and if you enjoy golf (we are not a golfing family but appreciate it anyway), it does not get any better than this. Everything in the home worked very well and we cannot thank our host Diane enough for allowing our family to stay at her Bethany Beach home. The beds were very comfortable and the amount of space that our family of 5 enjoyed was magnificent. The only drawback was the time flew very quickly as we had a very nice time here.

Best rental we have had to date. The place was very clean. I noticed even the ceiling fans were free of dust The towels were soft and fluffy. The owners put a lot of thoughtful touches:_enough coffee to get us started_tissue boxes, toilet paper and hand soap throughout the house_even board games Furthermore added railing on all stairs were helpful and a nice safety touch. Nightlights throughout helped navigate around even at night.We hope to have the pleasure of staying there again.

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. Check-in/out was seamless. The unit was the perfect size for the 4 of us, but you could easily fit 6. Perfectly clean, comfortable beds, and a well equipped kitchen. The pool was an easy 5 minute walk. And the location cannot be beat!

Amazing place with great amenities. Attention to detail was excellent . The location is quiet and relaxing. Everything was as clean and neat as it gets. The host was very responsive and their instructions were spot‑on. One of the best property’s we’ve stayed at. Loved it and will definitely be back

We enjoyed our stay at this peaceful home! A particular highlight was morning coffee on the screened-in porch overlooking the pond. A graceful heron flew over the water one morning. This home was the perfect place to rest our heads (the beds were very comfy!) between busy activities with family nearby. Thank you!
