We’re sorry to hear that you experienced discomfort due to the air conditioning during your stay. Please know that as soon as the issue was reported, our maintenance technician (not the manager) responded promptly (as you never spoke to the Manager) even though it was after hours on a weekend. He made every effort to resolve the issue on the spot and arranged for a full repair first thing Monday morning, the next business day. We do want to note that the unit in question has a maximum occupancy of four guests, but it was occupied by over ten people spread out all over the condo and were informed to make other arrangements, for which you did not. This significantly impacted the HVAC system’s performance as you and the many other guests kept trying to lower the tempreture well below 65 degrees. While we strive to provide a comfortable environment for all our guests, exceeding occupancy limits can lead to challenges beyond our control.
