Welcome to our cozy and comfortable Silver Lake home! We have original hardwood floors, Smart Roku TV with apps (basic cable), full kitchen with lots of small appliances, everything for cooking and enjoying meals at home. There is also a free in-unit washer/dryer in the kitchen that you can use any time. There is central heating and A/C units in the bedrooms and living room controlled by Nest thermostat.

The patios and outside furniture are exclusively for your enjoyment with great views of Silver Lake.

The driveway is reserved for you. Two to three cars can fit in the driveway tandem, and street parking is also free and usually pretty easy to find close by if you need extra spots. We recommend to park your car and walk--there are a ton of things so close by to enjoy.

Guests have full and private access to all spaces inside and outside shown in the pictures. The driveway is available for guests but the garage is used for owners' storage.

Please keep in mind this is an original 1940s house and is very much the vintage Silver Lake aesthetic that this area is known for. The wood floors are definitely creaky in areas and the kitchen has some original fixtures. Everything is clean and functional, but the house definitely has some quirks due to its age.

Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance.

Guests are solely responsible to check themselves for personal items and remove them before check-out. If any items left behind are found, we take NO responsibility for their safekeeping in any way. As a courtesy, found items may be arranged to be picked up in Santa Monica at a time that is possible based on our availability; we do not mail forgotten items nor take any responsibility for their storage, transport, nor condition at any time, even if we agree to arrange for pickup.
