For future guests, I just want to clarify that check-in was smooth and the door was unlocked upon arrival. The only moment of confusion was removing the key afterward, which simply requires turning it sideways rather than pulling straight out (as shown on the instructions). Based on this feedback, I’”will update the instructions to make this extra clear going forward.
