Nearby Ruth Hardy Park (a 0.2-mile walk) offers a playground, picnic area, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts.

World-class hiking is just a 25-minute drive away at the Agua Caliente Indian Reserve, while the Empire Polo Club (home of the Coachella Music Festival) is a 35-minute drive

THINGS TO KNOW:
- Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.

Needless to say A time was Had lol. 5 I would highly recommend, That lil oasis was everything I needed and more my home away from home. I can’t wait to do it all over again

We had a wonderful time in Palm Springs. This home is centrally located and a few blocks from the main strip of restaurants and stores. The swimming pool and hot tub were a bonus feature that we made good use of. The host was very responsive and made things very easy.

Host was very welcoming and communication was easy. Location of property was ideally close to uptown yet so private and quiet. Sitting areas and bedroom were very comfortable. Would be a great place for multiple couples to stay with 3 king beds, all with own bathroom and alk with direct access to backyard area perfect for entertaining. Shaded sitting area, dining table, BBQ, outdoor TV screen, pool, spa... the amenities are great. Lovely place to stay.

Best mini vacation EVER!! The outdoor amenities were beyond our expectations and the home was a perfect fit for 3 couples! The communication with the host was smooth sailing and the response to any questions was almost immediate! We will definitely be back!

Well appointed property with a very private garden in a nice neighborhood. Property had two comfortable lounges with a nice separation for adults and children. The garden has the biggest daybed I’ve ever seen. It was bliss snoozing on that.

The house was very nice and the outdoor space was amazing. There were a few things that were a bit unexpected from this house (only one towel per guest in the bathrooms, limited dish soap and laundry detergent). Additionally, the neighbors were doing construction that began at 7 AM in the morning and the sink backed up and we had to wait for a plumber to come and fix it.
