The view is amazing and it was very peaceful. We didn’t notice any noise from the Fisherman. The bedrooms were a good size and each having its own bathroom was very helpful.

Holly’s house is an ideal spot! It is well equipped, the furniture comfortable and the view of the Damariscotta River idyllic! The location is convenient to everything we wanted to do. We loved swimming off the dock and getting lobsters from Josh fresh off the boat. Holly is a very responsive host.

Our stay at Clark’s Cove was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the view from the deck and watching the lobster boats come and go. We even bought fresh lobsters from the fishermen and they were super delicious! This dog friendly home had the perfect yard for our pups and even provided treats for them. Boothbay Harbor is a 30 minute drive where we took a boat tour, shopped and ate delicious seafood dinners. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

We have been coming to Maine in the summer for about 17 years and this is the best place we have ever stayed in. The communication with the owner is wonderful, the place is beautiful. It is comfortable, it has everything you need, it’s right on the water with a beautiful view, it’s close to town, it is just an excellent place to vacation. I wish that we could stay the whole summer and can’t wait to come back next year.

Such a beautiful location and comfortable home. This place has it all! Lobsters fresh from the ocean, gorgeous sunsets, cool breezes and a view of Clark's Cove. Peaceful and quiet, located far away from any neighbors.

We had a great time and experience of staying at Clarks Cove Retreat. The view in the morning from the house was something special to wake up to. The house was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The washer and dryer worked fine and we had no issues with anything. We were fortunate to get to talk to 2 young lobstermen on the dock who "schooled" us about the lobster culture. This was encouraging to talk to these two of the younger generation who understand it will take hard work to be successful. I highly recommend this place.

Clark’s Cove is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and serene, especially the view from the house and porch. The house is spacious and well appointed. There is a lobsterman on the dock who sells delicious lobster. We had a wonderful time

Clark's Cove review Walpole ME

The house worked out very well. Only five miles into the town of Damariscotta. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The view was wonderful, and it was a peaceful & quiet setting. We enjoyed watching the lobster boats come & go, it was especially nice to purchase fresh lobster when the boats came in.

Holly was very responsive to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. We stayed for 6 nights with our dog.The house is comfortable and spacious for up to four guests. It is extremely well equipped with kitchen necessities and then some! Don't worry about a rainy day spoiling your trip. Great game room in the basement, pool, darts, etc. There are books and games as well. One tip, bring your passwords for any of your streaming subscriptions to utilize the Roku tv.Garage parking is another definite plus!The location, on the Damariscotta River, is lovely, peaceful with beautiful views of sail and lobster boats. It was a wonderful spot for us to visit family in Damariscotta and favorite places in Bristol and S.Bristol. Don't go without visiting the Pemaquid Lighthouse! The Flanders
