Just wrapped up our stay at this wonderful cottage. Everything was great from top to bottom…even the artwork! Since we flew in, we appreciate having the basic supplies (toilet paper, bath supplies, paper towels, laundry supplies, spices, dish cleaning supplies, etc) and beach supplies available to use. Beds were comfy, A/C works almost too good , back porch and deck/dock were so relaxing that we didn’t want to leave. Walk to beach was super easy, plenty of restaurants to walk to offering a variety of food choices, and cooking at home was fine because you have nice cookware to use. Also, love having a keyless entry! No keys to fumble with, forget or lose. Book this place…you won’t regret it!!

Sara is an excellent and accommodating host. The home was just the thing for us, very clean and within a very short walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. There is a small dog-friendly park a few blocks away.

We visit this area 4-5 times a year and typically get a short term rental. This was the best one we have stayed at. We will be specifically looking for this property on all future visits

Great location & beautiful property.

Beautifully decorated and very clean. The house is perfect for what we needed. Great location, near the beach and restaurants. Host was super responsive & on top of making sure our experience was comfortable. We will stay here again! Thanks Sara!

This home was absolutely perfect! Sara was the best host from start to finish. She was responsive to all questions and helped me plan for the perfect family getaway. Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores and the beach we only got in our car once to drive to the grocery store where we purchased items to bbq on our private back deck / pier that evening. Everything one could need is at this home from all cooking utensils, a washer and dryer to beach towels to fishing rods (we didn't catch anything but had a fun time trying :-)! There wasn't a thing that was missing. The morning view from the pier off the back of the house was awesome as I got to watch boats go by, fish jump and so many birds flying overhead. Afternoons were equally as relaxing. Just a 3 minute walk across the street to Indian Rocks Beach to watch the sunset was an added bonus! Thank you, Sara, for a wonderfully relaxing getaway before college move in. I can't wait to stay at Playa Villa Vista again!

Perfect Getaway

What a treat this was for me and my mom for a Mothers Day getaway! I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail needed for a comfortable staycation. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. It was top notch! Squeaky clean, classy, quiet, and close to restaurants and the beach! I cant wait to return!
