The actual inside of the condo was nice, quiet, and decorated well, pool is also very nice. The negatives are the main TV in the living room only worked properly for 2 days out of 5. The shower wouldn’t drain properly and I see several complaints about this over the past 2 years and still isn’t fixed. Be prepared to search the complex for a cart to unload your car, took us 30 minutes to find one.

Thank you so much for the kind words about the condo's décor and peaceful atmosphere—we're glad you enjoyed those spaces! We sincerely apologize for the TV malfunction and drainage issue. These are frustrating problems that shouldn't happen, especially the shower drain, which we clearly need to address properly. We're escalating both to our maintenance team immediately for permanent fixes. We also hear you on the cart situation and will work on ensuring better availability going forward.

This condo was perfect for our beach getaway! It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with the host was great. We loved how easy it was to walk to the beach. Highly recommend

Condo is beautifully decorated and nice & clean. Furniture & bed were very comfortable and description of property was accurate. The 1/2 bath was a nice plus even though it was just my wife and I. Communication with property management was excellent (one of the best we’ve experienced) Would highly recommend.

April 2023 Stay

This was a beautiful place. We would definitely come back again. The walk was about 3 minutes to the beach. The pool was a bit chilly but refreshing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice with the most comfortable bed ever! The pool was beautiful, but probably could have used more cleaning. As for the beach, it isn’t far; however, if you have medical issues, you can park the car right by the entrance to the beach which saves quite a few steps. We did have a great time. I would definitely stay again.

Nice Unit; As Pictured

Unit was as pictured and good size for my child and me. Building itself could use some updating. Pleasantly surprised how easy the walk to the beach was.

Nice Condo In a Great Area

Best long weekend ever!!

We can't say enough good things about this rental. The bed was sooooo comfy it was hard to say goodbye to it!! We loved the setup so much, it was so homey and comfortable for the two of us! We also just loved the location overall - super close to Baytowne wharf, was so easy to head over on the free tram! We also loved how easy it was to get to the beach from the path behind the pool - so convenient!! We're definitely looking forward to our next stay in this unit for sure!! :)
