The property is private, well equipped and worked great for our group of 8. The location is great and we enjoyed walking in the quiet neighborhood, and exploring the beach.

This was perfect for our group (4 adults, 5 kids). Even the cot was comfortable. We appreciated the unusually well-equipped kitchen, the selection of games, and the gorgeous views and easy beach access. Communication with the host was easy and reliable.

This house is amazing! Newly renovated in 2025, the kitchen and living areas were beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed (including a pot big enough to cook our own lobsters), the bathroom and laundry areas were perfect, and there is an upstairs balcony and a lower covered porch with plenty of seating to allow for great sunrise views over the bay. There was a grill and fire pit as well. We had ten people total in our two families and could not have asked for a better house for our trip to Maine. Would easily stay there again. And the communication and check-in / check-out process was a breeze.

The house is amazing and has beautiful views! The host has thoughtfully stocked the house with kitchen items and cleaning supplies to make the stay smooth and comfortable. Communication has been wonderful and the host has been more than accommodating. So thankful for a beautiful stay — would definitely book again if we come back! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

This is a beautiful house right on the water, in wonderful shape and kept up extremely well by the owners. The communication with Kelley was flawless, and every aspect of the stay was outstanding. I highly recommend this house.

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Harpswell at this beautiful home. The house was clean, well equipped, and conveniently located to many of the area's attractions. We enjoyed the Brunswick Farmer's Market, beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the harbor, and plenty of day trips to local landmarks. The house was perfect for us, including five adults and two toddlers with plenty of space for all. We cooked in the beautiful kitchen most nights, and were able to enjoy dinner at The Dolphin Marina another night as well as delicious lobster rolls from BIGS, which were both a quick drive away. The yard was a welcome retreat for the kids at the end of the day, and we enjoyed the beautiful gardens full of wild flowers and plenty of pollinators. The views are absolutely stunning, even on the day we were engulfed in a fog bank! We enjoyed drinking coffee and eating breakfast on the deck overlooking the harbor every morning and were able to see a bald eagle and several osprey hunting over the waters. The owners were super responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend this vacation home.

We had a great time at this house. House was clean and views were beautiful. Also close to a a lot of fun activities. Communication / check in / check out was easy. There’s space for everyone - the fussball and pool table were a big hit for the younger crew. Kitchen is fully stocked. Highly recommend!
