Had a wonderful stay at this home. Location is quiet and surrounding area lends itself to perfect morning walks/runs. Beautiful views from backyard and pool was fantastic!Cleanliness was great. Kitchen well stocked with kitchenware and storage space. Coffee bar is a special treat the enjoy each morning. Host was easy to reach and very thorough with information. Would definitely rent again! Critique would be - ants on the deck can get bothersome so some ant spray would be nice to have. - we did not use every bed in the home so that allowed us to find preferred pillows on empty beds. If future renters are using every bed, having a few spare pillows of varying thickness would be nice.

Beautiful house. Beautiful grounds. Deer & cows!

What a beautiful house and beautiful view. We had a great time with my mom, sisters, and all of the cousins ranging in ages from 6 to 18. We visited llamas, walked into the cute town Square, visited a winery, and swam a lot in the pool and hot tub. Wonderful gathering spot. Lots of cows & deer sightings too!!

We stayed 3 nights for a little family Christmas getaway and had a wonderful time. We had ages 8 months to 65 and everyone enjoyed their time here. We were pleasantly surprised with how kid friendly it was. The back porch area was well fenced so we never had to worry about kiddos making it down to the pool on accident, and we really appreciated the baby crib, high chair, and booster seats for our toddlers. Furniture and beds were super comfy and the kitchen was very well stocked as we made breakfast and dinner multiple days and had everything we needed. Matt was incredibly easy to reach if we ever needed anything. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful, comfortable, spacious house with cozy Texas landscaping. Our family of 3 generations of 4 families really enjoyed this house. We would absolutely come back. The property had the added bonus of deer visiting every day. There is easy access to charming small town shopping, fantastic restaurants, river and natural park recreational spots. Schlitterbahn water park is a short drive away. Pool days at the house were amazing with a stock of pool accessories that kept everyone busy. Kids suite of trundle beds, game room and tv spot was fun.

We rented this property for a girls trip and had a great time. It was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view and nice pool. The open concept kitchen was well-stocked and had an island for serving, which was great for us. The property feels secluded and remote for peace and quiet, while being close enough to town for easy shopping, dining out, wineries, etc. The rooms and beds are spacious and tastefully decorated. All the bedrooms except one are upstairs and the pool is down a flight of stairs which should be noted by anyone with mobility issues, but our group of senior ladies didn't have any trouble at all. Our group of 13 never felt crowded. We did wish for a second fridge, but a normal sized group should be fine.
