I had a great stay at this host's property. He made it very easy for me, and was very clear with his instructions. I slept comfortably and the place had a very nice breeze and the fan in the bedroom was great. Very quiet neighbourhood, not far from the Convention center. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Charming and great location on Coronado

This property is great for anyone looking for a budget-friendly rental in a beautiful area of Coronado. The room is small, but exceptionally clean, and has a comfortable bed and private bathroom. The only thing i wish the room.had is a keurig coffeemaker - there is a standard coffeemaker, but a Keurig would be a little more convenient on those sleepy mornings
The main house has a beautiful and quiet garden with outdoor space to relax.

We were surprised to find out we did not have access to an entire home/villa. The host was great with responsiveness and we loved the nearness to the beach.

It seems a bit naive to think that his booking rate of $99/night would pay for a $6,000,000 house. Plus the listing is very clear, and his reservation was for one person, which is all that's allowed for this listing, yet he came with his girlfriend. I contacted VRBO to let them know he was in violation of the house rules, and they left him a voicemails, but they disregarded it and continued in violation. This was after he'd confirmed it was just one person staying there. He was very disrespectful and definitely not welcome back.

This cute hose with many rooms is charming and a bit quirky. The room is in the main house off of the back laundry room. It is great for a bed while living outside in Coronado. The host was very clear about codes. The photo of door was essential given the number of options on the property. The room was quiet and appointed with basics. The bed is a std double the bath has an old-school tub/shower. The grounds are amazing, very well kept and beautiful. The lamps are finicky … This place was better than a tired old motel and served me well for the price.

Great spot to stay in Coronado especially as a solo traveller. Had everything I needed. The host George is a good man, did things to make sure my stay was great, and was very responsive the whole time I was here. Would stay again.
