Il nostro condominio si trova direttamente sulla bellissima sabbia bianca di Indian Shores Beach, in Florida. Indian Shores è una bellissima e affascinante comunità balneare con caratteristici negozietti e ristoranti locali. La zona offre anche ristoranti di lusso e una varietà di attività.
Abbiamo 1.400 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale al secondo piano. Direttamente sul ponte piscina, la spiaggia di sabbia bianca. Hai Golfo con vista dal ponte, soggiorno e camera matrimoniale. Due camere da letto e 2 bagni. La TV in soggiorno e nella seconda camera da letto hanno GOOGLE CHROMCAST, così puoi goderti Netflix, YouTube ecc. La TV in salotto è una Smart TV LED da 60 'HD che si ottiene facilmente Netflix, YouTube mm. hai anche APPLE TV e GOOGLE CHROMCAST in modo da poter ascoltare la tua musica preferita e vedere le tue foto.

This condo was the perfect combination of space and location for our family. All of the accommodations were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of beach items for use at the Gulf. The complex itself was well-maintained and clean, and the pool was wonderful! Highly recommend!

Clean and spacious, kitchen well stocked with appliances. Washer dryer bonus. Fantastic location. Loved the pool, jacuzzi and access to the beach. Sunset from the balcony was beautiful, even spotted dolphins.Thanks for the use of the beach chairs.

This is a beautiful, roomy, nicely furnished condo in a well-maintained building. We loved the huge shower in the master bedroom and the large updated eat-in kitchen! The brand new leather reclining sofas in the living room were awesome! Great view from the balcony to the beach! We would definitely consider staying here again! Thanks so much.

We loved the location and view from the balcony. It was nice that there were some extra things like some beach chairs and an umbrella. The dishwasher wasn’t working while we were there, but that wasn’t a big deal to us. The TV would occasionally not turn on too. Overall we really enjoyed our time here.

The beach view was better than we even expected. Very pretty. The beach itself is wide, relatively flat, and white sand. The water was really blue. The pool area is nice as well. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The unit is as advertised and extremely comfortable and attractive.

Nice Stay

Family of 4 enjoyed our time here. 2nd bathroom was great to have with 2 teens. Good access to the beach and access to the pool was a plus. Quick response from owner when we needed assistance or had questions. Would stay here again.

Beautiful beach

Spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped condo right on the lovely beach. The pool area was often very busy so we didn't use it much, focused on the beach.

Amazing lovation, great property

While the outside of the building isnt completely remodeled yet, the inside is amazing! It was steps from the beach, had so many extra things provided and communication with the owner was really great.

Perfect Sunsets

This is a great place to stay. The condo was very nice, roomy and comfortable, just like the pictures. The view from the balcony was fantastic and the pool & beach access was easy. Close to everything but the beach is not crowded at all. The hosts were available to answer any questions in a very timely manner. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The view was beautiful. The sunset every night was spectacular. The balcony was spacious with several chairs and a view of the pool. Pool deck is big with lots of chairs and table with umbrellas. The condo was very clean. It was very well equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. Just as described.Our host was great. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. The complex is right on the beach. Step right out onto the sand. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo.

Great place

Nice spacious condo right on the beach with a nice pool. Never interacted with or saw a property manager. Just dealt with the owner for door codes. Would stay here again.

Beach fun

This condo is exactly as described, great location and access to a great beach. Can watch the sunset from the belcony. The unit has a well stocked kitchen which can be hard to find sometimes. And the hosts are very responsive. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property and host!

Beach weekend

Very nice condo with excellent views, right on the beach. The condo is very clean and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There are plenty of toys for the beach as well as chairs, etc. The owners are very responsive if you need to contact them for anything. We will definitely be back! Thank you Lars and Bibbi!

Fabulous what more can I say !!!!

This property is lovely, it is fully stocked nothing you could think of was not there! The condo is beautiful the views are gorgeous. Lots of nice families at the complex when we were there with other kids. The 8-year-old had a blast left with a friend in Michigan and South Carolina! We will book this place again thank you so much Lars and Bibbi and we live in Florida only 2 hours away !!!

The Condo is Beautiful and very comfortable. The property , pool ,beach and view is wonderful. Main TV not working in living room. And problem with Oven would only heat to 310' . There was no solution to these problems, so we actually left earlier than planned. Host lives far away so I just think he needs someone to check on property better to make sure everything is working correctly. I followed all rules and left condo clean and in excellent condition .

We, Lars and Bibbi (brother and sister) lives in Sweden. We are golfers and we have been staying in the area since 1994. 2012 we bought this condo just to have our own place. We usually get here in October-November and March-April. That time of the year you normally can't play golf in Sweden so we have found this the perfect place to go to.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We started to stay up in Clearwater and have been staying in lot of places during the years. The first years we stayed in motels but soon we found out that it was better to rent a condo. After several years of renting we started to look on the real estate market. We looked from Cleawater Beach and south. When we found this condo we realized it was just what we wanted. A spacious condo direct on the beach. A huge pooldeck and beatiful views from the big balcony and master bedroom. The beach is fantastic and the area is quiet. Close to a lot of things to do and a huge amount of golfcourses.
Locally, there are fine restaurants, golf courses, professional sports, local tennis courts, parasailing, deep sea fishing and many more recreational and entertainment opportunities. Combine your beach vacation with trips to Disney Word Orlando, Busch Garden, Salvador Dali Museum in St Petersburg and much more. Try another beach and take a trip to Fort de Soto Park or Honeymoon Island or take the Beach Trolley in front of the premises. Beach Trolley is running through all the beaches from Clearwater to John’s Pass and St Petersburg day and night.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The condo has all we have wanted when we have been renting. Nice location, nice view, nice pool area, nice furnished and in very good condition. Newer appliances and fully equipped kitchen. New kitchen 2015.
