Far and away the best rental property we've ever stayed at. To begin with, this property offers amazing value. The communication with the host before, during and ending our stay was quick and always helpful. The area felt very safe and secure. Plenty of convenient shops nearby and delicious restaurants within 5-10 minutes away. The property was spotless, excellent amenities, plenty of space for our family of four to spread out when needed and come together for meals and entertainment. The bunk room is a major highlight. Having the 2 car garage to make sure our vehicle was safe overnight was amazing. If you are planning a trip to Nashville but do not want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city I cannot recommend this property enough!

What a perfect spot for our family! Everything we needed and more. The home was well appointed and oh so comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the nearby park for our daily walks and so did we. Thank you for providing a quiet locale for our family.

Perfect for our group

Our stay was perfect. Exactly as described in the listing. Easy check-in and great communication. The location has a lot of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for hosting us!

Great location and wonderful property

We had a quick trip to Nashville and needed a place near my son in the nations. Jen was great to work with and her townhouse is spectacular. It has a nice garage and very spacious with three levels. We only needed two beds for our trip, but it would hold many more with comfort.

Great space

The home was very nicely updated with plenty of room to spread out. The custom bunk beds upstairs were really well done. The hosts have the home very well equipped with plenty of towels, kitchenware and toiletries (including q-tips). They just really nailed all the details of a what I’m looking forward to in a stay.

This was a quick stop from St. Louis to South Carolina. After researching hotels, and trying to find a space for one night with two teenagers and one young adult, plus two adults, this was a win. It was priced better than a hotel, it was located in a safe area and comfortably housed our group of five. The location was close enough to enjoy exploring Broadway / Music row, but in a safer feeling area. It was clean and comfortable. We weren't able to stay at this same property on our travels back through Nashville, however, we stayed with this same company. My daughter had left her expensive, gamer headphones. They found them and left them in the property that we would be staying at on our way back through.
