The penthouse layout worked perfectly for our family! We plan to come back to Silver Dunes again and hope this unit is available!! The beach umbrella and chairs were a nice bonus! Having the washer and dryer was a major convenience for our family too!

Everything was great and exactly as how it was described. Check in was seamless, was extremely clean, gorgeous views from balconies, comfortable beds. Only minor issue was door to downstairs bathroom wouldn’t close and we either couldn’t figure out how to use the extra ice machine or it wasn’t working. We also procrastinated and did not reserve beach chairs ahead of our stay so we ended up in the second row…not a big deal though. Definitely would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty to do in the area which was good because it was hot which we expected since it was August. This is a nice property that can accommodate far more guests than our 2 but we were very comfortable.

Enjoyed the location and the amenities of the condo. Really appreciated the complimentary beach chair set. There were many sleep options. Kitchen was fully stocked with great utensils and cooking equipment. The garbage disposal switch is low (waist level) so I feel like there needs to be a PSA to prevent small children from accessing the switch while doing the dishes. The condo seemed to be recently updated and the half bath door didn’t shut all the way (there was a note) however it became annoying when our families & friends gathered for meals because it’s directly off the kitchen and entry door. All in all would stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

The place was very clean and spacious. We stayed in the Penthouse so it was a bit of a walk and the elevators could use updating, but the place itself was just what we were looking for.

Great location and easy check in process. Our room had a small commercial ice machine which was an added bonus. Saved us from having to buy bags of ice. Loved having the beach chair service included with our stay.

Highly recommend!

This condo was perfect for our Destin vacation! The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were so clean. The king bed was unbelievably comfortable. The close beach access, pool and Monday night kids movie in the courtyard were perfect for our crew. We will definitely be returning to this condo!

Close to beach, ocean view

Overall a good week, easy checkin, owner on top of sending info needed. Other than some paint and carpet needing shampooed ( it’s a beautiful off white color) nothing would stop me from going back to this condo.

Loved it all!

Condo was comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the chair and umbrellas at the beach every day. Kids loved the pool in the evenings. Check in and out process was easy. Can’t find any negatives.

The condo was exactly as described. -kitchen was well stocked-beds were very comfortable. -pull-out sleepers worked great: couch pulls out into a bed and both side chairs convert into beds as well. -host provided beach toys and a couple of beach chairs - security and office staff were AMAZING!!!!-two balconies gave us plenty of space to relax. I think my favorite feature of the condo was the ice machine! -Monday night- movie night on the lawn for the kids-Wednesday night - s'mores and live music.- The Big Red Beach Hut had the best açaí and fruit bowls & kids get free ice cream before 11:00 a.m.!Minor Negatives: - pool was a bit small and was pretty crowded most days- the upstairs bunk room was almost hot on our first day. We ended up moving both portable A/C units into that room. After that it was comfortable. -The first-floor balcony door also had a broken exterior handle, making it difficult for our younger kids (9 years old) to open the door on their own.Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. The condo is close to everything: Grocery, shopping, dinners, and entertainment. And the beach is just a very short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!
