Absolutely an outstanding home. Beautifully located with spectacular views. The home lacked nothing and the Encinitas/Leucadia area was fun to explore. Gorgeous beaches and weather. My only regret was not staying longer. Thank you to the Long family for sharing their piece of paradise.

This home was fantastic. ! Everything you could possibly need (accept AC) is inside. It is a testament to the pride of ownership that is on display from the owners. Also the gated community of Seabluffe a great place to be. The gate house folks are super and you feel totally safe. Highly recommend this property!

We had a great stay. Beautiful location. Really enjoyed the location and the view. Kids had an amazing time with all of the beach toys, boogie boards and surf. At the same time quiet and peaceful area. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Hope to return.

This is an amazing place, perfect for families or a couple! Right on the beach with a beautiful view each morning of birds and dolphins. We loved our stay! Honestly, I don’t want to tell anyone about this place because I’m afraid we won’t be able to book it again.

We absolutely loved our stay! Rick's house was perfect for our family vacation! We thoroughly enjoyed the ocean views and would watch the sunset from the balcony each evening. The house was clean, well stocked and had a sweet welcome surprise for us! The house came equipped with all the gear that we needed - we even tried surfing and boogie boarding for the first time! We loved every second of our trip!! We highly recommend!!

Our stay at this VRBO beach rental townhouse was absolutely amazing! The home was clean, cozy, and just steps from the beach. We loved waking up to ocean views, spending our days on the deck and in a comfortable space that truly felt like home. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better.If you’re looking for the perfect beach getaway, this townhouse is it — we can’t wait to come back!

The description and pictures were great, but the reality FAR exceeded the view and accommodations. Best we have ever stayed at. We appreciated how quiet it was because the beach below was limited access. Uninstructed views. The house was more spacious than we thought. The kitchen was as furnished as well as my kitchen at home or better. A welcome basket greeted us. Everything you would want for your stay has been provided. “Magnificent” seems an insufficient description.

The location was just perfect. The house if very neat and clean and has all the amenities you could ask for. When the garage is as well organized and clean as the house, you know the owner takes pride in this listing. Thank you for a great week, we hope to be back.

This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! Right on the ocean (there are stairs :) with gorgeous views from inside. Fully equipped kitchen and nice appliances. What sold us was the 2 bikes included with beach accessories in the garage! Aldi delivered us some groceries and Rick had a nice gift basket of goodies waiting for us. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay- worked a little on the computer looking out at the ocean with the lovely breeze wafting in. Will likely be back!

We had a wonderful vacation at this spectacular home, and everything we needed and more was provided. The views from the balcony and the primary bedroom were absolutely stunning, and it was lovely to have the sound of the surf lull us to sleep every night.The host gave us a lovely welcome basket and was very responsive and helpful. We'd love to visit again and will certainly recommend this home to friends and family.

The townhome is clean, spacious and well stocked. Comfortable furnishings. The balcony has a ocean front view. We saw from the balcony seals and dolphins. Community is quiet. Great restaurants nearby.
