The house was perfect for our vacation. We were only 1.5 blocks walk to the beach. Having the pool was a big plus to our family! We also rented a golf cart to get around to local shops and restaurants Would definitely book this house again!

Loved the convenience of the location of this beautiful home! Walked to the beach access point with walk up restaurant ordering at The Sandbar! One street away from most of the prime shopping locations too! Also, owners allowed us to bring all three of our yorkies where other properties had refused, in spite of their combined weight being only 16 lbs total. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was wonderful. The home was clean, comfortable, and offered plenty of space for everyone to relax. Being so close to the beach made each day easy, and the private pool plus outdoor space gave us the perfect place to unwind throughout the day.We appreciated that the house provided beach towels and gear, which made packing simple. For our family, renting a canopy worked best — it gave us plenty of shade and made long beach days even more enjoyable.The golf cart was a huge bonus and made getting around simple and fun. We highly recommend renting a golf cart, and renting directly through the house rental company was the most cost‑effective option we found.Another big convenience was how close the house was to local stores and restaurants. We visited several during our stay, and having everything just a short ride away made the trip even more relaxing and enjoyable.

We rented for 3 weeks and loved it. This was our first time visiting AMI. We loved the location, with walk to both the gulf and bay beaches, restaurants and shops. House was clean, gorgeous and spacious. We were surprised when we drove up to see a huge communication tower next door. We did not see mention of it anywhere, so I feel it's worth mentioning here. Much to our amazement, it was not obtrusive when in the house or yard... just roof deck, but it was easy to look beyond to see the beautiful gulf and spectacular sunsets. We even became fond of it and joked it was our beacon for getting back home. In the end, we would absolutely stay in this gorgeous home again.

Great location and very spacious. Beautiful property with a less than two block walk to the beach. There were lots of beach chairs and towels for the pool. No need to pack your own! Also within walking distance to a variety of food and shopping. Would love to stay again!
