Overall this was the perfect spot for a weekend in NSB! Location was spot on. Item to note - the listing indicated only one parking spot - I was pleasantly surprised to learn that there was also a guest parking spot (1st come 1st served) This info would have been helpful to know in advance as we made arrangements for only 1 vehicle. They were also a little behind in having the condo ready but communication was excellent. Thank you for a memorable weekend.

The location was excellent!! Walk to restaurants with beautiful beach access. The unit was roomy and included everything you might need for a great stay.Unfortunately, the reservation process with Casago was uncertain and I will avoid renting through this management firm in the future. A rental agreement was sent days before my rental date (while I was already on vacation). The agreement (which I’ve never had with a VRBO stay) said they could change my unit if needed. Sure enough a day later, they said I needed to switch units. There were more than a dozen back and forth messages interrupting my vacation time and adding uncertainty to my plans. It felt like a bait and switch.

Win San is in the perfect, walkable location. You can’t beat it! We drove our car only once for the week for a trip to the grocery store. The two-story layout with the bedrooms upstairs created some great separation and we never felt crowded, even with guests. The condo was well stocked with the big stuff we didn’t want to pack: beach towels, beach chairs, some toys and an umbrella! Blackout blinds in the bedrooms would have been nice, especially when travelling with kids. The pool and beach were easily accessible via 2 sets of stairs at opposite ends of the hallway. Highly recommend eating at Third Wave. It was the best meal we’ve had in a long time!
