Walking to Chautauqua, the farmers market, campus and Pearl Street is one of the best parts of staying here. We appreciate you sharing the smaller details too. Yours is the first comment we’ve had about an odor in the stairwell, so it isn’t something guests usually notice. It comes from the steam shower, which needs some fresh air after heavy use, and we’re adding a reminder to open the window afterward. On the hot tub, we were happy to share our technician’s chlorine routine when you asked before your stay. Since we didn’t hear about any concerns before or during your visit, this was the first we learned of it, and no other guests have raised it. Next time, please reach out right away and we’ll have our technician out quickly. Thanks for the heads-up on the skylights, too! We’d love to welcome you back in the future!

Our group had an excellent stay at this beautiful property. We utilized the common areas and the outdoor space extensively, including the grill, hot tub, and rope swing. The location is superb, as we walked to a day out on Pearl St and walked straight into a hike of the Flatirons. The house was clean and had plenty of space to host our group of 10. Thanks for helping make our trip to Boulder memorable!

We appreciate your feedback and glad you enjoyed the home and location. We sincerely apologize for the initial cleaning oversight at check-in. This is not up to our standards, and we appreciate you allowing us to address it promptly by sending our cleaners back for a more thorough clean. We’ve since followed up with our cleaning team to help ensure this doesn’t happen again though this is not typical of our cleaning team. We're sorry you were having issues with the heat.
