Siamo a 2 isolati dalla spiaggia e accanto a un caffè e tè casa con impressionante ciotole Acai e panini. È un isolato vicino a ristoranti, negozio di bici, gastronomia, supermercato, salone di bellezza, negozi di antiquariato, lezioni di surf, skate shop e molto altro ancora. La casa si trova a 4884 Santa Monica Avenue, Ocean Beach, CA 92107 (angolo di Cable Street e Santa Monica Avenue). Tutto ciò che serve è a portata di mano. Passeggia al mercato del contadino il mercoledì, a un isolato dalla struttura per gustare cibo fresco, musica dal vivo, prodotti biologici e pesce fresco. Godetevi le moto sulla proprietà. Had a bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect place! We were walking distance to everything we needed and everything we wanted to do. It was such a great house and we all could slip comfortably. There is no central A/C but the host provided soooo many fans and the breeze at night being so close to the beach cooled the house down. 10/10 weekend at the this wonderful house!

Our first stay at this property and we are already planning on coming back. The house was beautiful and there was room for the five of us to be together but also have our own spaces. We have been to OB many, many times before so we are very familiar with the town and this was such a great central location. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

The home was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed plus more. We enjoyed the bikes in the back and really appreciated the washer drier for our clothes used at the beach. In the day it was a bit hot due to no AC but it’s expected. They did provide fans and we were all able to sleep very comfortably and wake up refreshed even with no AC

Location is absolutely fantastic and it is very spacious. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms but not having air conditioning on hot days having to have windows open had so much noise from the street and took a while to cool the house down at night for comfortable sleep. Otherwise it was a great place close to the beach and amazing coffee places and restaurants.

Perfect location to explore Ocean Beach

The rooms and beds were very comfortable. Having both indoor and outdoor areas to hang out was awesome. We were able to walk to beach and explore restaurants/shops.

The overall property is very comforting and spacious. Communication with the host and property manager was very nice A must stay if you want to visit SeaWorld, Legoland and the beaches around San Diego.

Great Getaway!

The location is perfectly situated just off the main boulevard and short walk to the beach! Everything you need is within walking distance. Remember to arrange parking if needed. The property was clean and very spacious. The courtyard firepit was a great feature you don’t normally get. Our host was very accessible for questions and made the process easy.

Convenient, clean and large!

We had a great time. A few blocks from the beach and closer to the restaurants of Ocean Beach. Very clean place and we didn’t even have a chance to use the jacuzzi!

Family vacation / reunion

I took three teenage granddaughters and it was a perfect,safe location for them to walk to the beach plus shopping and eating all within a short distance. The home was well appointed and comfortable. Tracy was also easy to reach with any questions. My brother and his wife also joined us and it was a quick trip to the San Diego Zoo and Old Town. We would definitely book another stay.

Parking for the additional fee was excellent. Everything was clean and meet our expectations. One suggestion. Should have fresh coffee grounds and coffee filters so we could make coffee in the morning . Or let us know to bring our own coffee. Coffee shops are all around but not open for early risers. Also, as we were preparing to leave we noticed dirty/ stinky dishes in the dishwasher that were NOT ours. We washed and put away all the kitchenware we used. Thank you for your hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our girls weekend and would love to come and stay at your property again. Thank you.

Incredible location!

Such an incredible, large house full of amenities in an unbeatable location! We fit 8 adults comfortably into the house and really enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, fire pit, beach towels, and other thoughtful amenities provided. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach and just one street over from the main street of Ocean Beach. Super close to the action, activities, and shopping but still a very quiet house to chill in, even on the 4th of July. Couldn't have had a better stay!

Great location

Arrived on Wednesday parking was packed because of a fantastic farmers market type event a street over, great food and fresh fruit that's every Wednesday so pay for the parking spot if you arrive on that day.Nice place fantastic location. Sunset cliffs 10 minute drive, beach is super close restaurants and shopping all walkable. beach wagon is not usable wheels are bent, could not figure out the jacuzzi tub jets, no DVD player, but did have net flix, would recommend this place either short term or longer based on location to everything.

The house was very nice and suited our needs overall. We did have pretty significant water problems, though. The water in the primary bathroom shower did not work while they had a plumber come and look at it It still did not work consistently. The owners did discount out and refunded some of my cleaning deposit which was nice. The Wi-Fi was also not very consistent and there is no air conditioning. The location of the property was very, very nice though! There were also very limited cleaning supplies available, which was difficult because it’s so sandy and one could not vacuum during our weeklong stay. The communication with the property manager was very good, though they replied back to me very quickly.

Beautiful Home--2 blocks from the beach, 1 block from shops & restaurants

Such a lovely location right next door to a great little coffee shop walking distance to shopping, the beach, church. Huge private patio in the front, large common patio in the back complete with seating and gas fire pit. Very well stocked kitchen!!! Newer appliances, gas range. Walk in closets with high chair and portable crib if needed. Large romantic master suite with fireplace open to bedroom and large jacuzzi tub and huge shower room. Only thing I wish it had was a ceiling fan in each bedroom but there were floor fans which worked as well. Can comfortably sleep 10 to 12 people. Full sized washer and dryer in unit, 2 full baths. Private parking space directly in front of the home. Quick return of deposit. Super responsive and quick to accept reservation once requested!
