Dear Athena, you and your dogs (and you husband - lol) are welcome back any time. I truly appreciate that you took such good care of the house. I found absolutely no evidence that you or your dogs/husband/kids were here as you left if very clean. Thanks for being such a great guest! -Suzanne

Thanks Chris, I really appreciate your wonderful review and that you went above and beyond to pick up after yourselves. I couldn't even tell you had a puppy here. Thanks again for placing linnens/towels in the washing machine - I didn't expect that. I look forward to your next visit. Remind me that you are a return guest and I will give you 10% off the nightly rate. All my best to you and your family!

Thank you for your wonderful review, and glad you had a great time! Thank you for leaving the house in perfect condition. I hope to see you again.

Dear Phillip, I sincerely appreciate your very kind review. I also see that you went above and beyond to clean up after yourselves. It doesn't even look like you were here. I would happily rent to you again!!!

Wow, thanks so much for the very nice review. As I mentioned in a personal note, you were the perfect guests! Thanks again for taking such great care of my beach house. People like you are a blessing.

Thank you for leaving the house so clean—you were a wonderful guest! I wanted to clarify the situation with the air conditioning in the Family Room so future guests have the full context. Unfortunately, the A/C unit broke the week before your stay. I had my HVAC team out right away, but they needed to order a part to complete the repair. In the meantime, they supplied a portable unit that was tested and working. However, during your stay, the portable unit began tripping the circuit breaker. I made the six-hour drive to meet my HVAC technician, and he provided a smaller replacement unit that functioned properly for the remainder of your visit. To help make up for the inconvenience, I also issued a $200 refund. I’m including this information so that future reviewers have a complete and accurate understanding of the situation. I hope you consider renting with me again. All my best to you!

Sure! Here's a polished and friendly version of your message: --- Thank you so much for the wonderful review! I'm really happy to hear you enjoyed the house—it truly means a lot. Since your visit, we’ve cleared all the weeds in the backyard to make it even more dog-friendly. We have steps planned for the far side of the deck to make it even easier to access the back yard area. It's on the list. I welcome you and your family back any time as you were the ideal guests!
