This is our family’s fourth trip together to Anna Maria. We have stayed in many other areas of Florida as well but keep returning to AMI due to the wonderful community feel and beautiful beaches. Emerald Seas is one of the best rentals we have stayed in. It has everything you need. The house has a wonderful layout for families traveling together - plenty of space to be together in main area and in beautiful pool area, as well as nicely appointed bedroom spaces. Kitchen was well equipped and very nice grill in pool bar area. The bikes and toys were fun to have. Thank you, Anna, for a wonderful vacation!

Incredible house, fantastic amenities, responsive host. We felt really looked after and we really had the family holiday that we had dreamed of, so close to the beach, etc.

Awesome Family Vacation

This place is amazing.. the beach down the street is perfect. The house is exactly as described and the pool was great! Anna was great with any questions we had and accommodated things we needed… would definitely stay again.

Close to beach access. Beach is walkable or few bikes provided. Yard is great hanging out with shaded areas and grills. House was clean.

Great Getaway

Our family always goes to Anna Maria Island for the week of Thanksgiving. We had a great time at Emerald Seas. The house is beautiful and was big enough for all of us (there were 12 of us). It had everything we needed and we loved hanging out downstairs at the bar area and the pool. the pool and spa.

Awesome Beach House

Our stay at AMI was amazing and this house worked perfectly for our group. The house was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. The location is great and easy walk to the beach. Anna was a great host to work with and always quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic stay

We stayed at the property for 3 weeks. The place was beautiful, full of light, plenty of space for the family and a beautiful pool. Anna, the owner is fantastic. She answers questions in minutes and is very helpful for any issue. We had a beautiful stay and would come back anytime

Loved it!

Great house with enough space for three families. Loved the location and the property manager was very responsive. Lots of chairs, bikes and beach toys. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful home and location

House was so spacious and stocked with everything needed.. kitchen stuff, towels, blankets, and beach stuff! Very clean and was perfect for a large group. Pool was really nice. Only complaint would be lack of sun by the pool, but it’s perfect for kids and when you want a lot of sun just head to the beach!!! Hoping to head back and would totally rebook same home if available.

Absolutely beautiful home and great location

We absolutely loved everything about this home. It is recently remodeled and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms are spacious and accommodated our family of 10 well. The pool/bar area was our favorite part. The kitchen is well stocked for your needs. The only thing we wished this home had was a bathroom near the pool area other than that we absolutely enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again in the future.

Holiday Get Away

As adversised. Nice home! Quality pool and spa with bar area - gas grill was very clean. Less than 5 min walk (straight shot) to the beach. VRBO staff and property manager all responded quickly to any questions. Kitchen was well equipped No issues at all.

AMI Over the 4th of July

Owners were super accommodating for any small issues we had when freezer wouldn't freeze popsicles etc. Pictures of pool/beach items were different from listing and some were unusable. Overall had a great stay and location to beach and the beach cart provided made everything easy!

Perfect!

This home was great in every way. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for family. Pool was a relaxing addition. We were Blessed with an unusually warm February. Anna was always prompt in her responses from the time I booked this property online. She answered all my questions.

Family Vacation!

We had a lovely family vacation. Would have liked a little warmer weather but the pool was heated so the kids didn’t care. We rented a wagon to pull the toddlers to the beach. If you have little ones, would recommend renting a wagon to take them and the beach toys to the beach. The beach was beautiful and the kids loved building sand castles. The location and the house were just amazing! Anna Maria Island is lovely! Would highly recommend for a family vacation. Had a great time and would come back.
