Guest Access & Parking

Guests have access to the full home, including the private backyard pool and spa, within a gated community. The house is equipped with a smart lock, and access codes will be shared before arrival. The community pool and spa are close to the entrance. One designated covered parking space is provided, with additional guest parking available as marked.

Other things to note:

Pool & Spa:
• Private pool heat is optional at $80/night and is recommended October–April. Please request at least 24 hours in advance.
• The pool heats to approximately 84–87°F for up to 8 hours per day.
• Spa heat is included.
• Summer pool heating may be available upon request at an adjusted lower fee.
• The community pool and spa are heated year-round, except the pool during peak summer months.
• For safety, no glass is allowed by the pools or on the patios.

City of Palm Springs Requirements:
• Maximum overnight occupancy: 4 guests.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM–10 AM. Outdoor sound devices are not permitted during quiet hours.
• Primary renter must be 25+.
• All adult guests 18+ must review and acknowledge the Good Neighbor Brochure before arrival.
• A virtual check-in by phone is required within 24 hours of arrival.
• Vehicle information is required before check-in.

House Rules & Guest Fit:
• No smoking inside the home.
• No parties or events.
• No pets.
• Not suitable for young children due to unrestricted pool access.
• All visitors must be pre-approved; overnight guests must provide ID.
• Best suited for adults and couples looking for a quiet, well-appointed Palm Springs retreat.

Maintenance & Comfort:
• Weekly pool and garden maintenance may occur during your stay. Pool service is typically Tuesday and Friday; landscaping is typically Wednesday.
• In summer, the AC is regulated to a minimum of 73°F. For best comfort, 76–77°F is recommended.

Early or late checkout may be possible upon request.
