Originally from California, I now split my time between the U.S. and Costa Rica, where we custom-built La Villetta as a private jungle escape near Nosara. After spending years traveling through Europe and exploring different cultures, I wanted to create a space that blends nature, comfort, and simplicity in a way that feels truly peaceful.

I enjoy design, architecture, and hosting guests who value quiet, beauty, and connection to their surroundings. We’ve poured a lot of love into this home, and I hope it offers you the same sense of calm and inspiration it brings to us.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds. Complete privacy surrounded by jungle, yet only a 20-minute drive to Nosara’s beaches, restaurants, and shops.

This area is peaceful, quiet, and immersed in nature. You wake up to birds, monkeys, and fresh air, not city noise or traffic. It’s a place to slow down, relax, and still have easy access to everything Nosara has to offer when you want it.

It feels remote without being isolated. It is safe, beautiful, and ideal for travelers who want something more authentic than a typical tourist area.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

La Villetta is not a typical vacation rental. It was thoughtfully designed and custom built as a long-term home, not a flip or investment property. Every detail, from the layout to the materials, reflects that level of intention and care.

What makes it unique is the setting. You are surrounded by jungle, with no nearby neighbors, no noise, and complete privacy. At the same time, you are still close enough to Nosara to enjoy the beaches, restaurants, and shops without being in the middle of the crowds.

The separate guest house adds flexibility and privacy for families, couples, or remote workers traveling together. The entire home is calm, clean, and filled with natural light. It is a place to unplug without losing comfort, to work if needed, and to truly rest.
