Il nostro 'hacienda' è una casa 4200 piedi quadrati arroccato sopra nord di Tucson in un prestigioso gated community incastonato tra le montagne di Santa Catalina. Ci sono 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni. Può ospitare comodamente 8, ma i giovani adulti possono utilizzare il futon per consentire 10-12 per riposare comodamente. Ci sono ville e casitas nella zona, quindi in linea con il tema, noi siamo la tenuta del gruppo. La casa si presta facilmente al relax con amici e familiari ...... cuoco, nuotare, work-out, guardare la tv o andare online. Tutto questo può essere goduto pur apprezzando una vista panoramica sia della città e le montagne!

La cucina gourmet è stato recentemente aggiornato con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, e ripiani in granito. Famiglia e amici possono cucinare un pasto insieme in questa cucina completamente attrezzata e ancora godere della magnifica vista della città, inoltre, è possibile godere di grigliate tutto l'anno e 'picnic' sotto il portico. Ci sono 2 frigoriferi full size, 2 lavandini, 2 forni, un sacco di armadi, e anche un frigorifero vino!

Viste panoramiche!
Sedersi sul grande portico di 500 piedi quadrati in qualsiasi momento del giorno o della notte e vedere il cambiamento città da in cima ai piedi delle montagne di Santa Catalina. O godere della stessa vista dalla vasca idromassaggio come cascate d'acqua lungo una bella cascata nel 9 piede piscina profonda. O nuotare giri in tutto il 35 piede distesa acquatica.

La camera familiare principale è confortevole e ampio, con un legno di alta 12 piedi soffitto a travi, una TV a schermo piatto con lettore Blu-ray DVD, grande camino in pietra, e un tavolo da gioco che è personalizzato per le carte e fiches da poker, ma ... la vista sulla città vi catturerà la vostra attenzione anche qui.

Se si preferisce vista sulle montagne, entrare nella 'galleria'.
Mentre tutta la casa è adornata con fotografie di qualità galleria di Arizona, questa camera vanta la più grande collezione con la parete avanti viene riempito con deserto-scape del cortile di casa in primo piano, e le montagne sullo sfondo. Allenamento sulla cyclette reclinata e essere visitato da quaglie, javelina, cervi, e il bobcat sfuggente. O tirare una stuoia di yoga e tratto tra le tele colorate. O leggere uno dei tanti libri forniti, gustando una tazza di caffè sul futon.

La camera da letto principale si affaccia sulla piscina e la città e ha un altro camino per esaurendo la sera privatamente. Dal letto king size, è possibile guardare la tv anche. C'è una cabina armadio e scrivania integrata con una stampante e grande libreria con libri in master suite. Da questa zona è possibile prendere una bibita fresca dal frigorifero bevande e un passo a destra fuori sul vostro veranda privata per un tuffo serata nella vasca idromassaggio, o godere di una grande vasca da bagno nel bagno padronale. Dalla vasca si ha anche una splendida vista sulle montagne.

Doccia di questo bagno è stato aggiornato con due docce (una testa di pioggia e testa palmare) e una grande panca. Ci sono due vanità completi, ciascuno con un lavandino e un grande specchio.

La casa è dotata di lavatrice piena di dimensioni e asciugatrice, wifi gratuito, 3 grandi 50 'TV a schermo piatto con programmazione satellitare, 3 giocatori BlueRay DVD, aria condizionata centralizzata e di calore in tutto per rendere il vostro soggiorno confortevole e senza problemi. C'è anche un sistema di interfono con il centro radio incorporata per raggiungere ogni stanza dentro e fuori allo stesso tempo!

Una macchina è consigliato per la zona di Tucson. La casa dispone di un garage tre auto, e ha un sacco di spazio per le auto, biciclette o mazze da golf. Siamo in grado di fornire un set di mazze da golf Ping e sacco su richiesta.

Desert sunshine

Perfect quite gated view location with pools d hot tub. Close to all our activities and restaurants Home is complete and totally relaxing. First visit to Tucson and certainly will return. Perfect for spring hiking, biking and site seeing. The break we needed for our long Alaska winter

Great Tucson Rental

My family of 7 really enjoyed our stay at Michelle and Sam's home. Wonderful location with a lovely view!! We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub!! Best part of the home. Loved seeing wild life in the back yard. Hosts were very kind and responsive to our questions. Don't hesitate to book this home!

The Right Location

We had an outstanding time at the house. It was the perfect location for sight-seeing and for the restaurants we love. The house was well maintained and comfortable. We enjoyed the landscaping and the birds that visited the feeder. The gated community was perfect for feeling safe. We enjoyed living on a tall hill. The owners thought of all the items we might need for a stay. The experience was lovely.

Amazing views with tons of amenities

We really enjoyed our stay in the Tucson foothills. The owners were so gracious and attentive starting with a lovely wine and cheese plate spread upon arrival. The master suite is huge as is the family room - plenty of room for everyone to spread out. A special surprise was the beautiful photography of Arizona wildlife and flora thru out the house. Highly recommend this property to anyone!!!

Beautiful Tucson Views

This is a beautiful home in an awesome neighborhood. The views of the city, mountains and night sky cannot be beat. The flora and fauna throughout the neighborhood are beautiful and the area is great to walk in. The owners are attentive, responsive and work hard to keep the home functional. Main bath shower is awesome and the tub a respite for sore muscles. We have already booked our return reservation for next year!

Fabulous property and unforgettable views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Hacienda Sin Vacas. The house itself was huge and generously equipped with everything we could ask for. We made great use of the heated pool and spa.The location was perfect: a short distance to great shopping and restaurants coupled with the security of a beautiful gated community. All that, PLUS those gorgeous views of the Catalinas and the nighttime lights of Tucson! Thank you, Michelle and Sam. You are truly premier hosts!

Beautiful house

Our family of 7 had an amazing time here. There was plenty of room for everyone (we even had an extra room!). It was so relaxing and beautiful. The sunsets were amazing and we all enjoyed the pool and spa. It was nice to have the grill and well appointed kitchen so we could spend time together instead of going out all the time. The nearby restaurants and stores were great and we could not have asked for anything more. All of our expectations were exceeded and we look forward to staying again in the future!!

Perfect private pool house

We so enjoyed this home. The view was amazing. The location very private and beautiful. Pool and hot tub all you could want. The house is 1980s, so dated. However, the kitchen was first class, the beds were supportive, the furnishings were very comfortable. Plus unlike some rentals, there were ample towels, paper products, soaps, cleaning products. The hosts were charming and so helpful. We hope to visit again.

Beautiful, tranquil home

We loved this home, along with the location. Very well equipped home. Michelle and Sam were wonderful. They greeted us with personal hospitality, as they showed us how to use everything. I love how rapid their responce is when you have a question. Also provided us with great ideas of where to visit. We will definitely return.

Host and hostess were helpful, available, very responsive. House was nicely stocked with many helpful small extra conveniences we don't usually expect to receive. Home is very clean, well maintained. Kitchen is very nicely equipped. New appliances, sufficient pots and pans, cooking equipment. Access to the three car garage was helpful and appreciated. Views are amazing, location convenient, nice quiet safe neighborhood. Will likely use again.

What an unexpected surprise this vacation rental was! The pictures were beautiful but seeing the home in person was amazing! The panoramic views were enjoyed by our whole family of ten!Our hostess Michelle, greeted us as soon as we drove up. She gave us a tour of the house and answered any questions that we had! An extra treat were the fresh flowers from her garden and an excellent bottle of wine! After a long day of air travel, it was very much appreciated. The location was perfect for all that we had planned and Michelle left us with brochures for shopping and sight seeing in the immediate area!Once we returned to our home airport we discovered that we had misplaced our key fob. After texting to see if they could check the house, Sam went right over and found them. AND....he sent them back to us very quickly. We appreciated their thoughtfulness in so many ways. This was the perfect stay for family of ten. Lots of room, a great pool and hot tub and lots of room for everyone. We would HIGHLY recommend this beautiful home and the hosts for those looking for the perfect retreat! Thank you Michelle and Sam for making our stay the BEST!

House was comfortable and well located. Outdoor space was wonderful. Pool and hot tub were great. Nicely equipped with toiletries, paper products, etc. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfy, nice linens. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. Furnishings very dated. Outdoor furniture broken and uncomfortable. "Dormitory" room was weird. Surprisingly, kitchen lacked trays, platter, bowls, etc for serving 6 people. TV in great room was unusable, too far from seating, tucked into corner.

I'm so glad you found the beds and furnishings to be comfy, even if they didn't appeal to your modern aesthetic. I do so much wish you had reached out to me when you were in search of serving dishes. All of these thing are in the cabinet to the right of the sink. It is a very large kitchen with many cabinets and I could have saved you the frustration. We provide many large serving items, and I'm sorry you didn't see them, they are really cute. (see attached photos). Three are square: 20x20, and 18x18. Two large deep dishes, a long narrow one, and 2 large bowls that have the same "hacienda style" pattern for entertaining. There are a few more oval platters above the oven. Most Excellent Stay at the Hacienda Sin Vacas!

Our number one reason for selecting this home for our vacation days in Tucson was the views! The photos in the listing for this home on VRBO/HomeAway are excellent, however they still cannot capture how amazing the views truly are. Our evenings were blessed with absolutely fantastic views of the Tucson skyline and surrounding mountains....sunsets were brilliant. We were also fortunate one of the evenings to witness the full on spectacle of a monsoon storm in all it's glory. Spectacular lightning and thunder provided a natural display of sound and sight that will leave us with long time memories of the days we spent at this home. We hope we can be fortunate enough to return to Hacienda Sin Vacas....it was a top notch experience in a truly amazing home in an unbeatable location in Tucson. Five stars for sure for this Tucson treasure!!

Impressive home in the Catalina Foothills

This was one of the best VRBOs we've rented. It is quite spacious...larger than I expected from the photos. Outstanding backyard facing south and overlooking Tucson. Beautiful large covered patio and sizable pool with user friendly jacuzzi that heats up quickly. Big master suite with three other spacious bedrooms. It's one of those places that makes you want to do morning activities so you can get back to the house and enjoy it in the afternoon. Michelle and Sam are probably the best hosts we've experienced. Super responsive. Sam set up three golf outings for us and lent us a nice set of Pings. Michelle was kind enough to suggest numerous other activities and food options. They were very available, but not intrusive. Great week for our family.

The owners take pride in their property... and it shows.

We are a group of golfers ranging in age from 55 to 70. We have been coming to Tucson for close to 20 years. This property is as good as any we have ever stayed. Our priorities include : Prime central location to various golf courses. Hot tub and heated pool to enjoy after the round(s) of golf. We have a chef who plays golf with us, so the kitchen and grill must be top notch. The ability to sleep up to nine guys with each having their own bed. spectacular views of the city, especially at night. Found a really good one on VRBO. Clean Clean Clean Clean”

My family and I would not think of staying anywhere but here. The price for the space is great when you have kids and family stoping by you never have enough room but in this case we had more then enough room. We would go Hiking in the morning and swim in the pool the rest of the day. If you golf you will really like the area within two miles is the first golf course then we counted four to five more within 15 miles. We did eat in most of the time being we had a large group and the kitchen was nice and big but BBQ most nights but notice a lot of restaurants in the area. My wife and I will give this a 4 1/2 because good luck trying to get a five star from my wife. Still working on our house after 25 years. A really great location. We did see a lot of wildlife. PS the owners where very professional from start to finish. We'll be back. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful place.

Comfortable, convenient house with fabulous view!

We stayed here for a family "working vacation" and this house beautifully accommodated our needs. There were enough bedrooms and baths so each person had their own "space." (This house would work well as a corporate rental as well.) As a fellow VRBO homeowner, I appreciated what owners Michelle and Sam did to anticipate guests' stay, such as providing some waters, breakfast items and snacks to get settled in. Bathrooms have a more than ample supply of towels, plus initial toiletries are provided. The location is convenient to restaurants. However we ate all breakfasts and dinners at the house! The kitchen is well stocked with pans, plates, utensils, etc., so meal preparation is easy. Fabulous mural-sized photos of Arizona fill the house -- it's like staying in an art gallery! Of course, one of the greatest things about staying at a house is the ability to go home with clean clothes! The huge washer and dryer made that a breeze -- and soap is provided (yet another nice touch!). I can't decide if the view is better at night or during the day -- it's a spectacular view of Tucson. You can't go wrong renting this house.

Incredible Views from the Hacienda!

In October my family came to Tucson to attend my wife's 20 year High School reunion and we needed a place to stay with the kids and grandparents. This place caught our eye because of the pool and multiple bedrooms. We were out late most nights so it was nice to have Papa and Nana around to help us with the kids. The house was very clean and the 7 of us had plenty of room for all our stuff. We spent most of the time outside BBQ'ing and swimming. The views of the city are amazing and my wife and I were even able to enjoy some private time to take a dip in the jacuzzi. The kids loved the comfy chairs and the 3 TVs. The beds were super comfortable and we had no sleep problems at all. We brought our laptops to get some work done and easily hooked up to the wifi. We could sit by the pool and work while the kids played. We could even print whatever we needed via the wifi printer that's there. The house is decorated with tons of pictures of Arizona desert scenes and macro shots. The gallery area especially drew us in where we could sit with drinks and talk while looking at the pictures. Our kids are 5, 8 and 11 and are all super swimmers, so they didn't want to leave the place even though they could have gone to the zoo or desert museum. There were a few little things that needed attention, and before the end of our stay a handyman came to fix them. Michelle and Sam were super friendly and very responsive to all of our questions about the house. Our only mishap was when we left the garage open. A few Javelina came in and knocked over a garbage can. If you don't know what Javelina are, they are like desert pigs that stink worse than skunks. What a mess. Keep the garage door closed even during the day. All in all, next time we plan a trip to Tucson, we would love to stay here again. Great place...

We are so glad you had such a great time! We have put bungee cords around the garbage cans too, but your advice is good for anyone visiting the desert. Hope you can visit again soon!
