The property slept 9 of us pretty comfortably for 7 days. Great view of the beach and walking distance from almost anywhere we needed to go, day or night. Would recommend for sure!

In the drawer of the dresser was a used condom. Please ask housekeeper to take a closer look in the dressers

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! We went for a Bachelorette Trip and being next to the Flora Bama is what we were looking for, so we didn't have to drive after hanging out and enjoying ourselves. The elevator ride and walk out to the Beach is easy. The room was clean and it says it fits 11 and it does!! We had a Great Time!! This is the 2nd time I have stayed at the Phoenix X and will do it again!! :)

One of the nicest places that I have stayed and views from every bedroom! A few items -We were only stocked with toilet paper that was currently on the roll. I was under the impression that we were to have at least 1 extra per bathroom. We were also not told up front that there would be a parking fee and that the fee was based upon the entire stay. We only had a vehicle for one day, yet had to pay the entire fee.

We’re sorry about the toilet paper and parking concerns. Our standard is to provide at least one extra roll per bathroom — we’ll review this with housekeeping to ensure proper restocking. The parking fee is set by the resort/property and charged for the entire stay; we apologize it wasn’t made clear before arrival and will update our listing and pre-arrival communications to clarify that.
