Benvenuto nella tua vacanza da sogno. 1 Palm Court è una destinazione di vacanza con 5 camere da letto personalizzate. piani veri pino cuore, open space, cucina di design, porte in mogano, ascensore, piscina sopraelevata e coperta sul tetto! Come si entra le doppie porte in mogano si sa immediatamente che stai vivendo la vita questa vacanza. Il primo piano ospita la prima delle due aree di vita. Invitare decorazioni costiere è mostrato in questa casa dei sogni di vacanza. La zona pranzo può ospitare 8 con spazio per altri tre al bar. La cucina è molto ben fornita e ha aggiornato gli elettrodomestici (Dacor e Subzero) e come plus due lavastoviglie bosch.

Il primo master suite dispone di un grande letto matrimoniale, l'accesso alle mura ponte piscina e bordo tallone. Il bagno principale ha una grande cabina doccia con finiture piastrelle personalizzate. Una grande camera per gli ospiti con letto matrimoniale e un arredamento affascinante si trova anche al primo piano con un bagno completo adiacente alla camera da letto. La piscina e il grande ponte circondano l'esterno del primo piano. stazione di grigliatura Grande è impostato per estendere la cottura per i grandi spazi aperti. La piscina è elevata e rinfrescante su quelle calde giornate estive. L'accesso alla spiaggia �� proprio dall'altra parte della strada.

Ci sono 3 camere da letto al secondo piano. Il secondo master suite si affaccia sul mare e dispone di un letto king size. Il bagno offre una passeggiata piastrellata personalizzato in doccia. Ci sono due camere con bagni en suite. Il primo un letto matrimoniale con biancheria da letto personalizzato, e un bagno con una passeggiata piastrellata personalizzato in doccia. La camera dei bambini dispone di due letti singoli e una combinazione doccia vasca.

Una sala multimediale grande con soffitti a volta in legno sarà la stanza preferita di famiglia. Rilassarsi e guardare un film, giocare o semplicemente aprire le porte e lasciare che la brezza dell'oceano galleggiante in. Una lavanderia piena è situata su questo piano. La grande piazza invita a prendere una sedia a dondolo e recuperare il ritardo su un libro preferito o pisolino pomeridiano! La scala a chiocciola conduce ad un piccolo pezzo di paradiso sul ponte superiore del tetto. servizio di ascensore dal garage al secondo piano. Ampio garage fornito di attrezzatura da spiaggia per bambini.

This was the second time we have stayed in this house and it was even nicer this time. The house itself is very pretty, great finishes including reclaimed floors, wood ceilings, shiplap and wood paneling. Bedrooms are great, and it’s nice to have the bonus room upstairs as well as the living room downstairs. It’s close to the beach, and has a pool with outside seating (we loved the addition of the picnic table outside!). My husband says this is his favorite VRBO of the many we have rented. Highly recommend!!

Nice, spacious, clean and bright property. We loved having the pool! The beach access is very close and not too far to walk with gear. The refrigerator is a little small for the capacity of the house but we used the outside mini fridge for extra drink storage. There is plenty of seating for eating and lounging. Unfortunately, the second dishwasher didn’t work and the stove is a little finicky but we were able to cook what we needed to. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Family trip

Loved the property! The trip included our adult children and adult grandchildren. Our daughter is a resident of Charleston so we had built in activities director. Great location enjoyed the total IOP experience.

Great Property!!

We really enjoyed our stay here….first of all, the place was spotless when we arrived. I loved that every bedroom had a bathroom, it made it easy for our family group. The main living room was large with enough comfortable furniture to seat our group of 11, and it also had a great upstairs game room if people wanted to do something different. The pool area was nice, it had sun til about 3:30 or so and lots of covered space. It was a quick walk to the beach so we actually went! The kitchen was well stocked with two dishwashers! The whole group loved the house, and it was put together so much better than your typical vacation home rental. Top notch!! We would definitely stay here again.

A great house can make a difference.

We had 4 children ages 3-6 and 6 adults. The house had pretty much everything you could need. The kitchen was very well stocked with seasonings, utensils, plates, bowls, plastic wear. The pool was so much fun in the afternoons, after the beach which was also a easy walk🙌. They had corn hole, a wagon, boogie boards, some fun water guns for the pool and a few inter tube floats(but they seem hit or miss). There were only 4 of the very low sitting chairs for the beach, but we took our own. It was a great week!

Our 4 day stay

The overall stay was good. The house is beautiful and the location is walkable to the beach. There were a few things those which I expected they would have or that i expected work work: 1) there was no hair dryer in the house 2)the door code did not work; even with the management resetting the lock many times, 3) the trash was not taken out from the previous house guest, 4) the speakers in the house did not work even though it was indicated they would, 5) the house does not sleep as many as it states (no sleeper sofa). On the other hard, the entire house was beautiful, everyone enjoyed the house and it made the weekend. the garage was a plus as well with all the toys and ping pong table. Over all a good experience but defiantly needed some essentials you would expect for the price you are paying.

Christopher, unfortunately we do not supply hair dryers in this unit. Our apologies for the issues with the lock system, we just launched the new lock software with Point Central and had a few bugs to work out. The system works quite well now. Trash services are contracted weekly to ensure that we comply with the city guidelines. Unfortunately your arrival and departure dates did not correspond with the trash pick up schedule. For reference the trash is taken out each Sunday night for Monday pickup and removal Labor day to Memorial Day. Trash service is scheduled twice weekly for Monday and Friday pick up and removal from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We do not advertise an outdoor speaker system. The city has a noise ordinance that requires much lower volumes for outdoor noise thus we unhooked the previous speaker system. 1 Palm Court advertises a sleeping capacity of 12 people. The bedding consists of 1 king and 1 queen on the first floor that sleeps 4 people, A king, queen and 2 full size beds that sleeps 8 people for a total of 12. We are glad that you enjoyed the stay. The home truly has wonderful decor and amazing amenities. We hope to have the opportunity to have you stay with us again.

Family Stay

The space was amazing. It could have been cleaner! Kitchen was left very unorganized - things were just shoved in cabinets - no rhyme or reason. The pots and pans were awful to cook with. They were poor quality and not clean. There were two scatter carpets were tripping hazards and filthy. We picked them up and stored them away. The pool needs a lot of renovation. The water never looked clean. The outside irrigation drowns the front sidewalk so no pedestrians can walk on it as it does not drain. The two front bedrooms above the living space have tree branches that hit the roof waking up the guests. Loved all of the furniture but downstairs family room furniture was filthy. Expensive furniture, just not well maintained. The sound and TV/media equipment is outdated and took a great deal of time for us to get working. Probably will keep looking for another place next year, too bad because the location and space was great!

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the space, but wish we would have known about the issues discussed during your stay. The home mid-summer can have some disorganized items just guests move them around, but the home was thoroughly cleaned. We have replaced the pots/ pans upon hearing this and will take a look at the landscaping. As far as the furniture it has been professionally cleaned throughout the year and the homeowner has made upgrades to the home recently. We are sorry to hear that you will be looking for another place. Thank you again for staying with us.

Perfect home

Large, roomy, and homey residence! Large kitchen with tall ceilings exposed to the great room allows many people to gather! Perfect for the holidays! Having 2 dishwashers was a bonus! The kitchen was completely stocked with all necessities to prepare holiday dishes! Multiple gathering spots, from the roof the a beautiful view of the water and sunrises and sunsets, to the smaller ‘den’ on the 2nd floor, to the main living space. Even the garage is orderly and includes water toys, ping pong. We rented bikes and beach chairs with no problem! We will absolutely stay again!

Not only was this home beautiful, it was very well equipped. We had plenty of room in the family area and the extra bonus room was great for those needing to get a quiet break. It was so convenient with a grill and refrigerator right by the pool. I would highly recommend this property!

Great house just needs a bit more attention in the cleaning

Great house and great location...we had a fabulous time..... but some things need better cleaning.. a couple of examples......BBQ great set up but full of gunk...grease just needs a good clean...... then last renters underwear found in bathroom closet.... kinda gross... A few more things I would like the owner to be aware of if they are interested but I will not write here...... all in all we had a fabulous time and a fabulous stay and it’s a fabulous house

Wow! Fabulous house, great pool, outdoor space and convenient to the beach.

Our party of eight adults and one infant were very comfortable with plenty of space. Enjoyed cooking meals at house using well equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens. Pool was a plus. Private bath in each bedroom was great to have so no one was on top of each other. Washer/dryer were nice to have. Only downsides were Wifi didn't work well, outdoor grill needs servicing and kitchen knives need sharpening. We would stay here again!

First time family vacation. House was beautiful and had everything we needed

Perfect location to beach. The private pool was wonderful to have for just our family. House is spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything u need for beach fun is located at the house. We only went out two times for dinner. Beautiful modern kitchen that we enjoyed cooking in and then going to outside area by pool for fun and games in the evening. Rooftop view was also wonderful. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend. Beach is amazing. Best family vacation ever
