Thank you for your feedback and for staying at River House Retreat by AMI Locals, Sandy! We’re really sorry for the frustration with the pool during your stay and understand how disappointing it is to lose out on pool time. Our team did respond and worked with our vendor to address it, and we’ve since repaired the pool’s filtration system to ensure it’s running properly moving forward. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention as it helps us make sure future guests can fully enjoy those pool days without interruption. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
