Abbiamo aggiornato le nostre tariffe per l'estate 2018 - non esitate a prenotare la vostra pausa estiva usando il nostro calendario.

La nostra piccola spiaggia è un 2 piani, 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni di casa che è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dispone di un parcheggio facile.

Il primo piano ha una camera familiare, soggiorno, due camere da letto, un bagno completo e una cucina.
Ogni camera ha due letti gemelli (quattro letti totali al primo piano).
Troverete anche una bella TV da 40 pollici con cavo e Internet nel soggiorno.

Al piano superiore troverete una camera da letto principale con un lucernario, un materasso matrimoniale e un altro bagno completo. Ha anche un piccolo televisore nel caso in cui si vuole svignarsela e avere una notte tranquilla lontano da tutti.

Circa 10 piedi fuori dalla nostra casa - troverete un'area in comune ombreggiata con una griglia (la nostra è sotto la copertura di plastica blu) e un tavolo con un ombrello. È perfetto per rilassarsi all'aperto mentre grigliate qualche cena mentre vi godete un drink.

Dovrei anche dire che abbiamo un parcheggio per due auto nel nostro parcheggio condiviso.

La spiaggia è a soli 4 isolati di distanza

Lo Starboard e Bottle & Cork sono solo a 5-7 isolati a piedi (circa 7-10 minuti a piedi)

Fai una breve corsa in bici, in auto o in Jolly Trolley da Rehoboth Beach e da tutti i suoi fantastici ristoranti. In 5-10 minuti puoi essere sulla sua passerella godendo il gelato, cibo, ristoranti, FunLand, sale giochi, ecc !!!

Sei un giro super facile per The Outlets (2 miglia di distanza).

Property was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of space to accommodate our 6 family/friends. Walking distance to the beach and very short drive to all the restaurants -- also nice having a package store across the street.

Such a cute beach house. The house was a tad more spacious than pictures made it seem which was great. Additionally, The host was extremely responsive and the location was perfect. However, there was still some sand on the floor from previous guests and some cobwebs, so whoever cleans it may need to be more detailed. Overall, a great stay and we would come back again.

TLDR: not awful, but not awesome. Good location and access, some cleanliness and minor convenience issues, host was easily to get in touch with.Pros: check in and access was relatively easy, there were two parking spots right next to the unit, the kitchen was functional for preparing food (we did not) and had some basics provided, the downstairs bathroom had a nice shower head and mat, the TV has ROKU which we used; easy access to bike lanes to get around town or to the beach; cheap Lyfts into town as well if you needed it (it rained while we were there).Cons: Had to bring our own linens, toiletries, and even toilet paper (there was one roll per bathroom for 5 people over 4 days); the turn into the parking lot is easy to miss; the place had some ants on the first floor (mostly near the door, but not limited to there) which is admittedly not unusual for this area this time of year but still not ideal; the coffeemaker was not clean so we opted not to use it; the vents in the bathroom were incredibly dusty; the caulking in the bathroom could use a redo; no place to conveniently park bikes (easiest way to get around and easily rented nearby); there was construction just on the other side of the gas station which just so happened to include a fire alarm going off continuously throughout our three-night stay.

Good distance from the beach

Walkable to a nearby restaurant and the beach, parking was easy, have to bring your own pillow cases, sheets, and towels, but otherwise, it was perfect for 5 friends to stay in for a weekend.

Good stay

Nice easy stay that’s walkable to beach and downtown Dewey. Make sure to bring all towels (bath/hand towels) and sheets including pillow cases.

Owners were very responsive, easy access to everything, and affordable. Neighbors were friendly, and the house was good for what we needed.

perfect location!

We loved our stay! The house was very nice and clean, just as pictured, and a perfect location! Communication with the host was great. Would definitely stay again! One thing to note though, there is no oven.

Exactly what we were looking for

Good value, convenient for exploring Dewey and Rehoboth

We enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and as described, and the host communicated with us in advance of our stay so we knew what to expect (which is always a plus) and was available for questions. Wifi worked fine; basic kitchen and bathroom amenities were provided (although as noted we had to bring our own sheets and towels). Good value, and plenty of room for our group of 5.

Convenient location, great for a group

A group of friends and I rented this property for Memorial Day weekend. It was a good size for our group and was close enough to walk to downtown Dewey. The only complaint I can think of is the slight ant problem at this house, but I did notice traps throughout the kitchen.

Quiet and well kept, poor location

This was a nice little house for our family to stay in for a few days. It was quiet, clean (no bugs), and had a kitchen with some of the essentials. There are some low ceilings so not ideal if you are over 6'. Everything was drivable but the house is on a very busy road next door to a gas station. It is not a walkable location if you are with children or elderly. We had a good stay.

Nice House, Enjoyable Stay

Went to the beach with some friends, and the house was perfect for us. Only a 5 or so minute walk from the beach, and can easily walk or uber to the bars and restaurants. Cable and WiFi worked very well and was a big plus. Hecda was very responsive and easy to work with, and quickly returned our deposit. Definitely recommend, and would stay there again.

Great stay in a nice and clean home

Me and some friends stayed in this home and were completely satisfied. I saw and read some of the negative reviews, but it looks like those were either exaggerations or the owner has improved the property significantly since then. The house was clean, we did not notice the highway being loud, and the location was great for the price tag.

Exactly as advertised

Nothing fancy but a wonderful place for the price point! Clean, cute and plenty big enough for a group of adults or family. Not easily beach walkable but short bike ride or drive to Rehoboth boardwalk (1 mile) or Dewey strip (.6 mile) Not a "party" neighborhood, so it was quiet. Added bonus: Convenience store next door and great restaurant right across the street. Would return again.

Great location!

This place had a great price tag and was just the size we needed for our group of five! We spent Thursday through Sunday here at the end of June 2024. Make sure you read the listing and reviews so you know exactly what to bring and what to expect. It’s located right next to a Valero and is in really short walking distance from a brew pub and a liquor/beer store. The only issue we had was that it was the hottest week of the year and the AC went down on Saturday afternoon, luckily Hecda was very quick to respond and remedied the issue very fast while we were out eating dinner. My friends and I would definitely stay here again!

We are a family with three grown up sons that for years enjoyed Rehoboth Beach boardwalk when the kids were small, when they became adults they enjoyed Dewey Beach with Restaurants and Bars. We enjoy the trails and bike riding and of course the restaurants.

I love this property because it is so convenient to get around, we can walk almost everywhere, its also in a quiet area with really good restaurants, so why not stay and enjoy it.
