INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


All credit card payments will incur a non-refundable 3.5% convenience fee. E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (provided they are submitted at least 30 days prior to check-in).

Great spot at the 30A entry—easy bike ride to rosemary/alys and new shops/restaurants across 98. Beds were super comfortable with nice linens. Living area a little tight and Sofa could use a refresh but not bad for a rental plus we weren’t entertaining so it was great for our needs.

This place was so disappointing. At 4000 for a week, this was nowhere worth that. Water coming up from under the floorboards in the kitchen, broken blackout curtain, stains all over the carpets, furniture stained and in terrible shape, I don’t understand how this building that is not that old is in such bad shape. I could go on and on with my disappointment. Especially the management company that never followed up with me after more than 3 attempts. The maintenance issues were never fixed or even addressed with me. Insulation is lacking as well as you could hear every footstep above us. We had what seemed like a herd of elephants above us. At 8 am and 11 pm, pretty ridiculous.
