Your family will be close to everything at this amazing home. Gorgeous, Modern New Build! Close to all 30A has to offer! Walk or bike (6 bikes included!) using the new 98 underpass to Rosemary, Inlet Beach, 30Avenues with shops, restaurants and brewery. Explore adjacent Camp Helen State Park with paddle board and kayak rentals. Enjoy local events, live music, and festivals in Inlet Beach and all along 30A... all within walking/biking distance!
Sol Del Sur is a brand new 5 BR modern coastal home with 4.5 BA. There are 4 king sized beds (primary on main) and a bunk room with 4 twin beds. Additionally, there is an upstairs loft with a queen pull out couch for a total sleeping capacity of 14.
The location is fantastic being close to everything 30A has to offer! The new 98 pedestrian underpass allows seamless and safe travel by foot or bike to both the beach and Rosemary beach, both less than a 10 minute beautiful and easy bike ride.
Sol Del Sur is surrounded by beautiful shops and eateries, and less than 5 minutes from the most beautiful beach access along 30A which includes plenty of free parking, bathrooms, showers, and lifeguards during high season. Inlet Beach is a nice, wide beach with lots of space to spread out, tide pools and beautiful white sands and turquoise, clear waters.
You will have access to the entire home, yard, and neighborhood pool. Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell (the largest coastal Dune Lake in North America) are just a short walk or bike ride away where you can explore the trails, Lake Powell, Philips Inlet and rent kayaks and Stand Up Paddle-boards. Wildwood at Inlet Beach is a new neighborhood tucked back away from the hustle, but still close enough to walk/bike to everything. The immediate surrounding area is great for biking and walking.

Inlet Beach is the perfect combination of laid-back beach vacation and plenty of things to do for the whole family. Right on the East end of 30A and adjacent to Rosemary Beach, it is the perfect location to enjoy all Walton County has to offer. An easy walk or super easy bike or drive to the Inlet Beach access. Inlet Beach is a deep beach with a beautiful inlet from Powell Lake (largest coastal dune lake in North America) on the east side. There are man-made reefs off the shore to snorkel and the sugar white sands and turquoise blue waters can't be beat!

The home is spacious enough to comfortably sleep 14 people. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet and there is plenty of space and seating in the kitchen/common areas. Sol Del Sur is tucked away in a sleepy neighborhood with streets that are just begging for you to bike around using our 6 complimentary adult bikes. The beach, Rosemary Beach town center, Camp Helen State Park and 30Avenues are all just a short bike ride away.
