Great place to stay near the Glacier Park West entrance

This cabin was clean and comfortable. The location was great. The online description was accurate. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

Great place!

It is a cozy cabin that is clean and comfortable. David was quick to answer any questions we had. It is also very handy to the Glacier National Park West entrance. Lovely to seep with open windows and smell the pine trees all night!

Clean and very well maintained cozy cabin.

Everything was great. The only negative thing to state is minor and certainly not the owners fault, that the neighborhood is pretty run down and sketchy but we didn't have any issues with the neighbors. Wonderful place and we would definitely stay again.

Chick weekend

The cabin was very nice and very clean. It was just perfect for our chick weekend. We loved having the LR, K, and dining all in the front together. Whoever was cooking was able to be with the rest of us. On Sunday, we could play cards and watch football at the same time. The kitchen had all you needed. Maybe add a crock pot. Having a shared fenced backyard was disappointing. We felt weird being in the other cabin's yard. It was reasonably priced for the Flathead/Glacier Park area.

I was conflicted on whether to leave a review or not. We ending up abandoning the rental due to several reasons. I did not ask for a refund, because this was a choice.The interior of the cabin was not misrepresented, but the surrounding neighborhood was a dilapidated trailer park. When the weather turned and we were under a flood watch, the neighbors were popping off fireworks next door, which we thought were gun shots at first. After hearing those go off multiple times, the condition of the neighborhood and being stuck on a muddy road due to the flooding, we abandoned the rental. We did not feel safe. I communicated this with the host, who was responsive, and she indicated that no one had ever been vandalized. She said she built the cabins years ago before the neighborhood turned. It just would have been helpful to see more of the surrounding area, since you don't receive the actual address until about 24 hours before check-in. We were somewhat fooled by the pictures posted on VRBO.

We appreciate the detailed feedback and are glad the cabin itself matched expectations. The photos shared focus on the cabins since that's what's being rented, though we understand wanting a fuller picture of the surroundings beforehand. The fireworks noted were likely tied to nearby 4th of July celebrations, a common occurrence around that time of year. The cabins sit right off a paved road, so we were surprised to hear about muddy, impassable conditions, though we know weather can be unpredictable. We take safety seriously and have never had any issues with vandalism in the area. We're sorry the stay didn't go as hoped and hope future guests get to enjoy the peaceful setting these cabins were built for.

Although external factors like the neighborhood are out of our control, we've hosted guests here for 16 years and have never experienced any safety issues with our neighbors. Need more utensils for the kitchen: foil, plastic food wrap, paper towels , sharp knifes.

Everything looked clean, , except the bed, need a new mattress cover ( very filthy ) and the ceiling fan making a lot of noise while it running.

Nice Weekend

The cabin was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was perfect for myself, son and daughter-in-law. The beds were comfortable and clean. It is very accessible to the park and other areas of interest in the area. We had a very pleasant stay.

Very well kept. The cabin was on a corner lot with woods on two sides. very peaceful and it was just like a new cabin and a two minute walk to river.

Comfortable

The actual cabin is spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is not one I would walk around at night. Distance to park and other towns for dinner was excellent. Very convenient.
