Prenota il tuo soggiorno in questo splendido appartamento con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, 21 ° piano, fronte golfo. Se ami la vista sulla spiaggia e sulla costa, la sabbia bianca come la neve, le acque color smeraldo e i grandi balconi, questa è la proprietà che fa per te! Lascia le tue preoccupazioni alle spalle! Quando si entra per la prima volta nella porta, si noterà immediatamente la pianta aperta insieme alla vista mozzafiato delle acque verde smeraldo del Golfo. Ti piacerà tutto il pavimento in piastrelle di ogni stanza (e niente tappeti sporchi da affrontare). La cucina ha elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito. Questa cucina è stata completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici piccoli e grandi che potresti trovare nel comfort di casa tua.

La sala da pranzo ha un bellissimo tavolo in legno con sei posti a sedere con quattro sedie e una panca. Ci sono più posti a sedere con tre sgabelli al bancone. Questo è il posto perfetto per quelle cene con la famiglia e gli amici.

La zona giorno ha una vista diretta sulle acque del Golfo. È inoltre dotato di un divano letto, sedie laterali, illuminazione, tendaggi, grande TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e altro ancora.

La master suite piastrellata è dotata di un letto king size, lenzuola di lusso e TV. C'è una grande porta scorrevole in vetro che offre una vista sull'acqua e si apre sul balcone. Puoi aprire la porta del balcone e ascoltare il leggero schianto delle onde mentre ti addormenti. Il bagno principale privato ha una combinazione vasca / doccia, lavandino singolo e vanità con un sacco di spazio.

La camera degli ospiti piastrellata comprende un letto king size con lenzuola lussuose e splendidi decori. C'è una TV a schermo piatto per il tuo divertimento. L'ampio bagno per gli ospiti ha una combinazione vasca / doccia, lavabo singolo e scaffalature.

Beautiful beach front condo. My family and I really enjoyed every moment. Beautiful views from the large balcony. Beds slept well and was very comfortable. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen was well stocked. Condo is conveniently located by the elevators and was never noisy. Will rent this condo again.

Beach view fantastic!! Balcony is supersized!! We enjoyed coffee every morning before beach time and drinks afterwards! Cleanliness was good. Riley was great as a host.Three suggestions. Grab bars by showers and inside shower, tubs are slick. Fans on balcony! Liked Tropic Winds location! Away just enough from busyness.Beach is wonderful and the young men that take care of chairs are super polite and helpful.Al in all, Excellent!’

We spent 14 glorious days in April 2026 relaxing on the beach and enjoying the wonderful views of the ocean. The big balcony awesome we were out early and late and 21st floor view of sharks, fish, a manatee ,sting rays ,dolphins and various birds It was amazing. The condo was clean and had all you needed to stay in or go out. Two bedrooms king sized beds in both and 2 full baths. The staff was wonderful and the young man who got our chairs and umbrella out daily.was great! We even met our hosts by chance . Peg Jerry Julie Mike

Perfect spot!

Love Tropic Winds! Great location out of the super busy area of Front Beach Rd, plenty of beach room, extra space in the rooms for everyone’s things, very clean, and just overall a great spot. We’ll definitely book here again!

Love the west end of PCB! Our room and property was very nice.

This rental group, Greta's properties, always easy to work with. Only had to call once and they answered right away. We have now used them twice and plan to continue.

We got to see manta rays, sting rays, dolphins, sharks, school of fish and a sea turtle just from sitting on our balcony while enjoying our morning coffee. Actual Peace

Clean, beautiful and quiet. We were pleased with this location Immediately. Check in and out was a breeze with the app for this location. We were short on arm bands and the parking pass was not present on arrival. One quick call and this was corrected in minutes. Very friendly employees eager to make our stay a pleasure. I found this location very family friendly compared to locations farther down the beach. You are far enough away with this condo to avoid the nonsense and close enough that a short drive gets you to all the attractions, restaurants, ect.

Pool has no heat really cold says no pets but dogs around a lot even have a dog area but I would have brought mine if I knew. Ice maker really loud If pool heater worked I’d definitely come back though it’s just little things they need to know to help them out. Gretchen isn’t their so she don’t know

May 2021 Stay

Loved our getaway to PCB. The condo is exactly like the pictures and the view from the 21st floor is just amazing. If we weren't on the beach we were on the balcony. We loved loved loved that stunning view. We would suggest bringing binoculars. We said many times we wish we had them. We saw a manatee one morning, tons of stingrays and fish. We also enjoyed watching the shark fishing they were doing to the right of the building on the beach. We also saw planes and helicopters getting ready for an air show. The free beach service was a huge plus. So thankful for that. We enjoyed everything about our trip and can't wait to get back there.

June 2018 Stay

We had a great time! The condo fit our needs as we were able to spend quality time with our family. The king size beds were comfortable, elevators were fast so the wait time was not long at all and I only have one recommendation which is to add a love seat instead of a chair in the living room to allow for more sitting room. Greta was a pleasure to deal with while answering all my questions prior to arrival and booking. The app was awesome kept me informed and made it easy to share information with my family members about our condo. John and Riley were helpful on arrival day assisted with our parking needs. We plan on coming back again and using Greta’s Beach Rentals! Thank you Greta, John, and Riley! Ron

Fantastic Condo

Our only saving grace is the condo we were staying in. It’s absolutely beautiful with very nice touches and upgrades yet we felt very comfortable there. One of the best things for me are the beach chairs with umbrellas and this condo came with two at no extra price. Of course this time I wasn’t able to use them, unfortunately. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Greta’s condo. I hope to be back!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation, our second time in this unit. It was not as clean as the year before, dishwasher not connected to the counter top, drapes fell down the first day in the bedroom, 3 burnt out light bulbs. I had to contact someone to correct the problems. 2 light bulbs in the bathroom wre out, should have been easy to spot.

We got no response until later into your stay. Myself and our maintenance team went to your unit multiple times and knocked with no answer. We pride ourselves on providing the best service on the beach and wish we could have taken care of your concerns immediately. The light bulbs are specialty bulbs that could not be replaced during the unit inspection, prior to your arrival. We've never had any guest to complain about a dishwasher mounting but would have been happy to take care of this for you. We hope you enjoyed and had a fabulous 2 week stay with us. GA Peach crosses FL line

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is beautifully situated on an awesome stretch of beach in a quiet are of Panama City. Yet it is still close enough to get to restaurants and activities. The dishwasher was not working so we hand washed dishes all week which was not fun. But in all fairness, we did report it and they offered to come take a look. However, we did not want to spend our time waiting on a repair person. We wanted to be on the beach. The lights in the laundry room were not working. We did not report that until we left. The unit could have been cleaner. The furnishings are outdated and need to be refreshed. I want to give a kudos to the young men that handle the beach chairs. They are amazing. The unit did come with 2 chairs which was awesome.

Reviewer Comments: Unit 2105 was in need of kitchen dishes and pots etc. I the renter had to ask for them, along with table and chairs and coffee tables needing tightening up and chairs certainly require new padding. Curtain rods came out of the wall and had to be repaired, not enough chairs in living room could use one more atleast. No broom or dustpan was available, shortage of pillowcases and ones on bed didnt match as well comforter has to be put on sideways to fit bed. lamp was broken and we had it fixed. couch needs cleaning. Disenheartening when you drive from canada and have to do your own inspection and arrange to have things replaced, repaired,

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will never stay at Tropic Winds again. The parking is awful & only 6 handicap spaces for a 23 floors. During our stay when handicap wasn’t available we parked in our assigned space, made sure we were in the line as we were in a large 4 door truck & yet we still received a parking volilation The beach service is ridiculous. We had other friends staying at TW that purchased a set of chairs next to us. When they went in for the day they told us we could us their chairs. After all they did pay $50 a day for the chairs. We were told the owner didn’t allow that:((The unit needs new mattresses, updated TVs, new kitchen appliances, new patio furniture & fresh paint throughout the condo. The floors we steamed mopped the day we checked in but our feet was still blk after walking on the floor. We stayed in this unit for 9 days so the unit would be okay for some peoples standards if the price for the condo was more inline with the above issues. The pictures definitely compliment this unit. The property manger was easy to work with & did forward all issues on to the owner.

Dear Guest, Thank you for the compliment regarding our property management services as we tried hard to insure you were a satisfied customer and had a wonderful beach vacation. We regret that we didn't have a new condo for you to stay in. Our condos are used. The condo is exactly as pictured and recent guests have left wonderful reviews and have enjoyed it very much. Regarding parking, our buildings meet the Florida building code for # of handicap spaces per number of residences. A building has to meet this code in order to receive an occupancy certificate. We regret that you were mistakenly given a notice to park between the yellow lines. As for the beach chairs, your condo included a set of free chairs. For additional chairs, it is absolutely against the rules for a guest to buy a set of chairs and then share those chairs (and perhaps the cost) with all the other guests. The beach chair service company is in business to make a profit and as a result requires each guest to purchase their own chairs if they need more. We suggest that you always plan ahead to buy a set of additional chairs for your own use if needed. We wish you wonderful, future, beach vacations. Sincerely, Greta's Beach Rentals
