Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. There is ample parking and stairs up to the home. The way the home is situated with a large deck facing east, you have a sense of privacy you do not have while staying at other properties on site. We’ve stayed at multiple condos with a beach view at the Pajaro Dunes community, all have been great. But if you are looking for more room and privacy, plenty of beach amenities this is the spot. There is a short walk to the beach and at the end of Sept, you seem to have the beach all to yourself. The hosts were very communicative and that made the check in & out process smooth. We would definitely book here again.

We travel a couple times a year to Pajaro and have stayed at many homes. This house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. House was clean and supplied with everything we needed. Short walk to beach and plenty of beach chairs and toys for our group. Host was awesome and quick response with answers to concerns and questions. We will definitely try to arrange another trip to this house.

This was our 10th year visiting Pajaro Dunes. As always it did not disappoint. The beaches were nearly empty and the boogie boarding was excellent. We will definitely consider this home again as it was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the space and the views of the fields and mountains in the morning. The kitchen was functional but small. The flooring was new the home was recently renovated. Overall it was an excellent experience.
