Completamente arredato con tutti i comfort: aria condizionata vasca idromassaggio, gru della barca, nuotare piattaforma, ecc Totalmente aperto al lago è la nuova cucina con armadi hickory naturali, ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici nuovi. Ampio soggiorno con soffitti a volta. Nuove finestre, piastrelle, moquette, aria condizionata e riscaldamento ad aria forzata. Una camera da letto e bagno completo al piano inferiore e 3 camere da letto e due bagni e una camera 20x20 per guardare film o la lettura, al piano di sopra. L'enorme camera matrimoniale e bagno al piano di sopra, con ventilatore a soffitto e 8 piedi armadio e mobili in rovere belle ha il proprio terrazzo privato che si affaccia sul lago. Una proprietà di distanza dal varo, a pochi passi da diversi ristoranti, una stazione di servizio, di mercato e parchi in riva al lago, fa di questo una posizione molto comoda. Vicino a cantine e case da gioco, e non è possibile ottenere più vicino alla grande pesca, sci d'acqua. e fauna incredibile sul lago. Dotato di barbecue in acciaio, propano, sdraio e tavolo con ombrellone.

Great place to stay

This place totally met our needs. We were looking for a place with a hot tub and a great view between Napa wine drinking and redwood forests up north. We dominated each scene from this house!

Thanks for enjoying my Lakefront Home Scott. I agree it's hard to beat a relaxing soak in the hot tub with a glass of good wine enjoying the sunset or galaxies above in the dark. As the weather cools and the clouds diversify the skies, the views and sunsets become more interesting and seeing that from the hot tub just adds to the relaxing nature and serenity of having the lake as the foreground. Please come back again.

Very cozy lake house!

Awesome place I stayed at with my friends and family for my birthday. Dale, was an awesome host very responsive and accommodating during our stay. We enjoyed the ping pong table, fishing off the dock and relaxing in the hot tub. Would definitely recommend 👍!

Relaxing

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Everything was really nice and clean, the view of the lake as soon as you walked through the breezeway was beautiful, the hot tub was working properly, and there was enough space just in the house to spread out. We would definitely stay again!

Thanks Kyle. I'm so happy you enjoyed your stay. When I get a chance to stay there, I enjoy the solitude of the hot tub with no jets on in the early morning and late evening. A cup of coffee with the sunrise and a glass of wine with the sunset or stars and moon. Really enjoyed great bass fishing with good numbers and size a couple of weeks ago with my brother. He caught his biggest ever. 9 pounds. I'm also looking forward to water skiing shortly on glassy water. I can never say enough about the incredible wildlife on the lake. I hope you come back again.

Fit our group of 9 and accommodated our activities.Definitely good spot for bird enthusiasts and bass fishers (a few came up and fished at our dock while we were here).We're able to go to Upperlake and Clearlake pretty quickly, so it was a good central hub. Local market was convenient.

Thanks, Nicholas. I agree. Whenever I’m there, I am amazed at the wildlife on the lake. Blue heron, egret, grebes, night heron, osprey, a variety of species of ducks, turkey, vultures, and even an occasional bald eagle. The sunsets nearly straight out from the property, and you have a beautiful view of Mt. Konocti slightly to the left. Thanks again, Nicholas. I hope you come back soon. The various seasons, bring different beauty from the lake and surroundings. Dale.

Fathers Retreat

Our stay was great as the home provided plenty of space for many people to comfortably sleep. Being right on the lake made our fishing excursion easy and we didn’t have to travel far. The home is beautiful and cozy. We would definitely come back and stay here again

Awesome lake front Property

We had a great time here with friends and family on New Year’s eve. The house is right on the lake and you get amazing sunset views. Dale was a great host and was very responsive. He also accommodated one extra guest for us. Thanks for that!

Bit of Heaven

Decided to get away for a relaxing weekend and this home was the perfect location. My husband and I loved spending the weekend here. The atmosphere was so calming and serene with beautiful scenery & sunsets. The enclosed backyard was a plus for our large dog who also enjoyed the outdoors. The house has everything one needs to enjoy one's stay for indoors and outdoors. Thank you Dale for your availability and your lovely waterfront lake home.

Best weekend get away

Dale was super responsive and quick response back to our needs. His house was so spacious and clean. Our families enjoyed the backyard the most it was so beautiful with the jacuzzi, kayak for adults to use and space for children to run and play. Kitchen was plenty of utensils and cooking pot and pans for us to use. We will definitely come back for our next weekend trip. Thank you Dale for hosting us in your beautiful home.

Great holiday weekend at Clear Lake house.

Great size house for our group for Thanksgiving. Everyone enjoyed the toys kayaks, ping pong and dock fishing. The sunsets brought everyone together to watch it's magic. The birds were very entertaining, there were egrets and blue cranes everyday. Cooking in the kitchen for us ladies was great. Plenty of room and supplies. The guys bonded and enjoyed the golf course near by. A really memorable stay for all. Thanks Dale.

Perfect Family Getaway

If you have a big family like we do (14) this is the place to be! The location is PERFECT! The accommodations in our opinion are PERFECT! Kitchen has everything you need! Including the BBQ which included the propane provided by the owner! We had plenty of comfortable sleeping space for everyone. We used the ping pong table the entire time & kayaks up until the morning we left! We fished off the dock & caught catfish and a bass everyday all day. The hot tub was awesome under the stars. Our family had the BEST time here and we can’t wait to come back!!! Dale is awesome!

Great home for a few families

We had three families (11 people) together for the 4th of July. All 5 kids had a blast in the lake - we were able to launch our SUPs right from the dock. Dale also had a kayak that we used so we could all get on the water. Dinner outside during sunset was great. There's a Fosters Freeze right across the street (great for kids) as well as a European market (very friendly and good food). There was plenty of room for everyone the central kitchen made for a great gathering place. Dale was very responsive by text whenever we needed anything. I would recommend Dale's place!

Thanks Raymond. Everyone seems to love to get out on the water and the 2 tandem, sit on top kayaks is usually a big hit. I'm so happy everyone enjoyed their stay. I hope to see you back soon. The hot tub at sunset is also very cool. Dale

Had a great weekend trip with the family here at this lake house. Location was great! We walked to Fosters Freeze with the kids multiple times since the house was just across the street and the big boys loved walking in the early AM to do some fishing off the pier also located next to the house and on the private dock of the property. Fish was abundant and even my little 7 year old and 9 year old caught their first fish just off the dock here. There was plenty of space to accommodate my family. The boys had a great time using the three kayaks and jacuzzi tub that were provided. Dale was attentive and easy to reach. Would stay again!

Thanks Kathleen. I'm happy to hear everyone had a great time at my Lakefront Home. It's always great to see the kids catch their first fish. The lake and my property have a lot to offer and it's so nice to be able to get the family together to enjoy it and create memories. Hope to see you in the near future.

making memories and so much more

Hands down the best decision of the year!! Stress free every minute, 8 children and in 2 days never once heard the words, "I'm bored". 7 adults and we all congregated comfortably in every area of this spacious home. I kayaked for the first time as did my daughter and her friend, an experience we credit to the 2 kayaks furnished by Dale. So much more than meets the eye with the many toys, life vests, ping pong table, water skis, and of course the jacuzzi which was immaculate, just as clean as the home.. Dale hit the jackpot with his cleaning crew. Dale treated us as family and reached out to insure we were comfortable, how could we not be in this warm and welcoming home away from home? Absolutely coming back! Thanks Dale!!

Fantastic Group Event House

This house offered a multitude of common areas for hanging out as well as some private areas to retreat to if you need a break. We housed nine six-foot men for three days and two nights comfortably. The backyard area was great for bocce ball, washers, and ping pong. The BBQ worked well, and kitchen area was ample in size and utility. This is a fantastic venue for a friends excursion. I only wish that the lake had more water so we could take advantage of the kayaks. Dale was very responsive and took quickly addressed our needs before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Thanks Brandon. I'm so happy you enjoyed the property. Everyone is praying for lots of rain this Winter to get the lake back up to the normal level. I have seemed to noticed a greater amount of wildlife over the last month of so even though the water has been low. Hundreds of the big white pelicans come in big flocks to surround bait fish together and enjoy their lunch. I'll see you next time. Dale

Harty Party Family Vacation

We did a family vacation 19 of us yes 19 and the place worked for all of us . Very convenient to stores Foster Freeze for the kids . We where there for 4th of July . We watched 2 nights of fireworks from the backyard over the lake . BTW the back yard is well set up to relax in the evenings . The only real bummer was not being able to play in the water damn drought . We still where able to boat and jet ski even though water being low we where still able to us the dock . Dale was very responsive to any questions . Our family enjoyed the stay . Thanls

A house on the lake for my wife and a fisherman

A fisherman dream, well fit for the entire family able to bring multiple couples. House well clean. Walking distance meat market, gas stations and eateries.

I grew up in Wyoming Michigan, went to a small high school and lived 2 blocks from a small lake where we spent all of our free time swimming, catching fish and turtles and pollywogs. Our vacations were always a week or 2 in the summer at a lakefront cottage on Big Star lake in Baldwin Michigan where I learned to water ski and motorcycle on the trails through the pine tree and fern woods. So it was in my blood. I had to get a place on the water. And I love it.

This property is very conveniently located in Lucerne, surrounded by all the comforts of home yet when you are on the water front, you feel like you have this incredible lake to yourself. Best bass fishing lake around and wonderful wildlife is so abundant. I love to water ski and almost never have trouble finding some glassy water. Motorcycle trails are abundant as is live music in the summer nearly everyday somewhere on the lake. There's nothing like sitting in the hot tub with your coffee and watching the sun come up and then walking to the end of your dock, getting on your bass boat, pushing a button to lower into the lake and always have a chance for a record bass. Come back and ski, or if the wind is up, pull out the catamaran. Invite friends over for a lakeside BBQ. This property has it all and it's hard to leave.

Location is always a big factor in choosing a property and lakefront is the location I wanted. I also saw a challenge in improving the home to make it even more enjoyable.
