The property is beautiful. Communication was top tier. They took initiative every step of the way before you even had a chance to ask a question to give you all the information. We had to extend our stay twice and, they were kind, understanding and flexible about both occasions. They really do go out of their way you make sure you feel taken care of. Loved staying there, would definitely go back!

The host was extremely responsive with communication and very accommodating. We did not heat the pool, we were there in mid May and the temp was perfect.

The house was clean and had great amenities. We enjoyed the house pool and the community pool and hot tub. The house was in a great location so we could enjoy our favorite Orlando things. Would definitely book here again!

Wee have been comming to Kissemmee a while now ,amd by far this was one of the best places we have ever stayed in, The host, Derek & Lauren where also on hand every question that we put to them without fail i was getting a reply within 10mins, The check in was very straight forward, & Derek was sending us messages making sure we found the place ok and was able to check in,,Regarding the property as i said it was one of the best we stayed in ,very spacious great location and very secure due to the security at the main gate,, also great location,

Derek and Lauren are the excellent hosts. They checked in on us to make sure we got checked in ok and if we needed anything. When we did have a question, they responded quickly and genuinely wanted to help. They followed up during the week with us. This was all done in a non-interrupting way and was friendly and kind.Thanks for a great week at your house - you made it feel like home!

Unit was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for our family. It was very well stocked with kitchen supplies etc. We enjoyed using the pool everyday to unwind. The host was easy to transact with and quickly replied to any of my questions. Very convenient location just off highway 192 that has plenty of retail and dining options.

If you’re looking for a place close to shopping, restaurants, and the parks, but prefer the quieter setting - THIS IS IT! If you’re looking for stellar customer service - THIS IS IT! While in Kissimmee on a business/personal trip, we needed to book a house last minute and came across this absolute jewel. Due to some account issues on my side, the booking process took a few more steps than usual; however, the host/customer service was top-notch the whole time! They were beyond patient, understanding, and willing to work with me to get things resolved as quickly as possible.Once we arrived, the house was PERFECT! All we had to do was unpack and enjoy! In a gated community, the entire area was quiet, and the house was very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen (utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc.), as well as bathroom and laundry items. The house layout was also great, and the decor was so cute! The living room couch is straight out of a dream! This, of course, made morning coffee, mid-day lounging, and evening wine even better! When we weren’t out shopping or on that fabulous couch, we were lounging poolside! Even at night, the pool lighting was perfect for a glass of wine and relaxing! Quick tip: While we didn’t opt to heat the pool, the homeowners can offer it with proper notice! Overall, this house was great and deserves every star! We will definitely book again when in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Plunge Pool Bella Vida Resort in Kissimmee. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were both simple and hassle-free, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The Hosts were exellent communicators and always responded quickly whenever we had a question. We really appreciated how easy they were to reach and how helpful they were throughout our stay. The small pool was a nice bonus and a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. We truly felt at home here.
