Welcome to the Buena Breeze! Sandy feet await. Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, you'll be just minutes away from the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment the area has to offer. From our beautiful sugar white sand beaches to our intercostal waterways and state parks, there is plenty for couples and families to do! Enjoy access to boat launches nearby if boating and fishing is your activity of choice or a 30 second walk down to the beach to dip your toes in the sand!

Bookings made after Aug 18th, 2026 will have 2 parking passes included in their stay price.



Please note that you may be required to complete an online check-in form before your arrival. This includes providing a valid ID and, if required by the property association for on-site amenities, a card on file. For guests driving, if gate access is necessary, a valid driver's license must be presented at the security gate.

Had a great stay here. It was right on the beach. It was near local restaurants and local stores if you wanted to stray away from the beach for a while. It rained a bit while we were there so we did end up working on a puzzle they had there to pass some time. I forgot how fun puzzles can be. If we vacation at the gulf again, I will for sure look into booking it again.

We seemed to have a communication issue as well as a temporary A/C issue.When we arrived the thermosatic read 76F and it was set to 72F. The A/C unit was running, but cold air was not coming out. As a mechanical engineer I feel confident the thermostat was set correctly - to cooling - and that the machine wasn't blowing cold air.I tested the owners and messaged on the app. After some time we decided the air outside was cooler than inside some opened some windows and headed out for dinner and some shopping. The delay in response was a little disconcerting. After about an hour of not hearing back from the owners I pinged VRBO and they got hold of the owners.As luck would have it as we were heading to the elevator I saw a guy carrying what looked like a freon tank and struck up a conversation. It was the A/C repair man. He said he did nothing to the unit and it was running fine. He thought it might be some "intermitent issue". When we got to the room it was blowing cold air - so we were good.Other communication issue: getting the code to the beach entrance. By the time we got messaged back I had already ran into a neighbor who gave it to me. Not a big issue as just around the fence was the public beach entrance and it was too cold to use the pool anyway.One last nit - the knob on the master shower was loose. Could still work it - sort of - to get temperature and flowrate right. Easy fix.

Hey there Dan. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have incurred. Please note the following: The HVAC technician arrived within an hour of the complaint and found the unit cooling with no issue. An hour of patience would have sufficed to show the unit working properly. As for the code, the codes to the property amenities are all located in your guest app. Everything for the stay was there.
