Benvenuti alle splendide spiagge di sabbia bianca di Costa del Golfo di Alabama! Godetevi il vostro soggiorno nel nuovissimo, bellissimo 3 camere, 3 bagni condominio che dorme facilmente 8! La nostra unità d'angolo al 19 ° piano è unica nel suo genere, in quanto le ampie superfici a pianta aperta offrono ai visitatori la possibilità di distendersi e l'enorme balcone vi invita ad ammirare le incredibili viste. Questa unità non ha una vista sulla spiaggia.

Questa unità dispone di televisori a schermo piatto in ogni camera e un ampio display LCD in salotto. Un bar con macchina del ghiaccio e una grande cucina rende divertente un sogno.

Quando si è pronti a lasciare l'unità, proprio sotto si può godere la grande piscina coperta, sauna e sala fitness. E proprio fuori, questo complesso dispone l'unico fiume pigro sulla spiaggia, con scivoli d'acqua e un altro grande piscina per gli ospiti di tutte le età di godere. Se siete così propenso, a piedi, direttamente su una delle più belle spiagge di sabbia bianca in tutto il mondo!

Enjoyed our stay!

We love love this property and all the amenities! We actually loved staying on the non beach side of the complex and the sunsets were gorgeous! Some items in the unit were not working, but owners were great to work with and quick to reply to issues. Family room furniture it a bit torn up and could use some replacing…. But the couch is super comfy! Would stay here again!!

Best ever girls trip

6 friends stayed and played at this awesome property. So much room and amenities. Especially enjoyed the lazy river. Highly recommend staying here!

Nice unit & beach

Enjoyed our stay. Had 2 issues - The ice maker in refrigerator was not working. Needed during summer. Elevators were very bad on the weekend.

GREAT STAY!

My family and I came to stay for a week and had a wonderful stay. We had an 11 month old with us who is very mobile and we didn’t have to worry too much about him getting into anything because for the most part the furniture and decorations were baby proof. The condo had wonderful amenities and was nicer than the pictures could have portrayed. We noticed something was messed up upon arrival and the maintenance person Joe came out quickly to fix it. Overall we could not be happier with our experience and will definitely be back next year.

Orange beach

First Rafi host and Martina on site contact were both extremely quick and helpful in response to our questions and the couple of things we needed addressed. Things that concerned us were:1. When my wife and I first arrived a couple of days before the rest of the family, we walk in and I take my shoes off walk to one end of the unit and back look at the bottom of my white socks and they are dark. Floors are dirty. Next morning we had to buy a mop and Lysol (none in in unit also no vacuum to use on rugs and unit in general uh your on the beach sand gets tracked in no matter how careful you are) and I proceed to mop the unit not once but twice before the water the mop bucket starts to clear. We used 5 buckets per trip across the unit. We used Lysol wipes on all surfaces and Lysol spray on all furniture and rugs. Also the on site check out requirements pretty much made us feel that you are depending on the prior user to make sure everything is clean. You are instructed to just pull the sheets off the beds you use!!! Made us uncomfortable. And it says you will be charged extra cleaning fee if they have to spend more time than normal’!!!2. The entire unit needs an upgrade from furniture to kitchen ware to linen and covers.3. All the reviews for the oasis are correct. There are only 6 elevators to service 32 floors and at peak times you can wait 20-30 minutes to get one then make numerous stops unless you are on a lower floor. The issue is all the stuff with the people.

Great place!

Beautiful room and view ! The only issue we came across were the elevators- especially check in . Otherwise it was a great trip ! Will definitely come back - probably when it’s less hot out and less busy ! Maybe fall!

Spring Break 2014

This is a beautiful condo in a great facility ! Plenty of room for a large group with very nice furnishings/amenities - all the comforts of home! I would highly recommend this unit/property to everyone ! First trip to Gulf Shores for us and it was a great experience with a great beach and excellent accommodations! Thanks R !!

Wonderful Stay and Vacation

The facility is very nice. The pools and the lazy river were great. Most of the hot tubs had issues and the elevators had extended wait times, but these problems were no fault of the condo owner. The Condo was beautiful and roomy. I love how 2 of the bedrooms were equipped with 2 Queen beds in each. There were plenty of bathrooms. The balcony had a stunning view of the bay and green luscious landscape. I would definitely recommend this condo and stay again in the future.

Beautiful Condo!

We just got back from our week stay in this beautiful roomy condo. It is very spacious and decorated very well. I would recommend this condo if you are looking for a lot of space with a reasonable price. Rafi was wonderful to work with, he took care of everything it was a breeze to book this unit-no check in, no check out hassles. We look forward to our next stay in one of Rafi's many units:-))) Had a great trip!! Thanks Rafi

Spring Break Girls trip

Condo had plenty of space for everyone. Beds were comfy. Appliances worked fine. Outdoor pool is not heated, but the indoor one was perfect. Only feedback I would provide is that the unit could use a set of measuring cups and spoons. There were some random ones but missing many. Thanks for a great stay!

The Oasis (Phoenix West II)

We were able to get into our room sooner than the expected time. The rooms were exactly what was pictured. The only downside was the people in the condo next to us, sitting on the balcony after quiet time at 10 pm playing their music so loud you could not here the tv in our living room area. No one could be reached at the front desk to report it. Also they were sitting on the balcony smoking. Plainly stated no smoking on balcony in the rules. Other than that it was really nice.

Lots for everyone

Phoenix II had lots for everyone to do…from beach to pool to sports. I love that they have equipment to check out. Our unit was great. Loved the ice maker and extra bathroom. Only cons were the elevators and beach were super crowded which is expected when you stay at a high rise. Also our condo did not face the beach. This was explained in the description so no surprises. Staff was great!

So many things to do

The amenities are off the chart! The lazy river and water slide is fabulous. If you don’t like that there are 2 more outdoor pools and an indoor pool. We used the gym and basketball court. There is easy access to the beach. The property also has a on site pool side restaurant. The check in process was a little overwhelming with so many people checking in at 4 and we had to wait for over 40 minutes for an elevator with enough room to accommodate our gear. There is also a $60 parking fee. Once past the weekend renter turnover, the was very little wait for the elevator The condo itself was as pictured with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The internet worked great with no buffering. communication with the owner was very prompt. I would definitely book this unit again.

Great Condo for Girls Trip!!!

Perfect for our girls trip! The living area is very spacious; lots of comfortable furniture and a great TV. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, cups, pots, pans and utensils. The appliances all worked very well and we had everything we needed to spend a great week at the beach! The indoor pool, lazy river and hot tubs are a great place to hang out when we had enough of the sand. The guys who maintain the outdoor furniture are very polite and helped us transport one of our disabled friends from the boardwalk to the beach chairs. I can't say enough about this place. The only suggestion would be to provide plastic hangers in the closets to hang clothes or install shelving so that you can unpack suitcases. The master bedroom has a dresser but the other two bedrooms do not. With 2 queen size beds in each of those rooms it leave no room for a dresser and we had to lay our suitcases on the side of the beds. It was back breaking to dig through suitcases. Other than that, it was perfect!!
