Nestled between St. Pete and Clearwater Beach, start your day sipping coffee on the balcony watching the tropical birds. You will be centrally located between St Pete & Clearwater Beach. St Pete is home to many wonderful museums, restaurants, a recently built $92 million Pier, & murals. Clearwater Beach is home to the Winter the dolphin at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, boat rentals, fishing charters, pirate tours, helicopter tours, & a wide variety of restaurants.

Guests enjoy a year-round heated pool and hot tub overlooking the water, plus a large balcony for Gulf views. Inside, the open living room, a custom dining table, and seating for 12, with a fully stocked kitchen, new appliances, and a coffee bar. The master suite offers a king bed, renovated shower, and balcony access, while the second bedroom has a queen plus twin bunk combo sleeping 4, and the third has a full and twin bunk for 3 more. The condo comes stocked with linens, soaps, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler.
