All in all a decent property. There were small things that we have come accustom to that weren't there. Measuring spoons, extra trash bags or dishwasher pods. Pool was very nice for me an hubs.

Everything was as pictured,great. Very peaceful on that end. Fishing was great mostly over night.

Herons perch

Absolutely loved the house! Great location, our kids enjoyed the pool & the dock for fishing! Had basically everything we needed, only suggestion I may add is probably life jackets at the house for the kayaks, I would definitely recommend & would stay again!

The house was very clean and nice. The deck and pier were nice, but the pool temp was very cold. They provided shampoo/conditioner/soap. The wi-fi was not good at all, was in and out the whole week. The main TV is hard to operate, very limited on apps since it’s an old smart TV. The location is close to the downtown area and a short walk from beach access.

Honest review coming.Positives: - Very clean upon entry- Great location!- Pool was refreshing- Beach supplies below deck were a nice surprise- Individual travel bath packaging was a great touch- One bed was actually a king bed when listing showed 3 queens - Walking distance to the beach (note the back of this house is on the bay, not the ocean) - One of the showers had dual heads, great for washing kids - Hose outside was convienent for washing sand off before entering the home after beachNow the not so positives:- Starting with communication. Very obviously AI to begin with. Asked to be routed to and only communicated to via a human. That didn’t happen. Kept getting AI responses, trying to act like a human.- Asked for the closest grocery store, AI provided a wrong address. Went 20 min out of our way.- Asked for early check in and late check out. Wouldn’t even consider 15 min for either. I understand preparing for the next guest but there was no cleaning crew anywhere to be seen when we arrived. (There was when we left 10 min earlier than check out time, so understandable.)- Absolutely nothing stocked. Not even salt and pepper. Only 1 paper towel roll, one laundry detergent, one dishwasher pod. Ended up having to buy our own and not being able to bring home.
