We had a great stay. The dishwasher did not work, but we brought dish detergent anyway so washed in the sink. Balcony has a nice view of the ocean on the 3rd floor overlooking the dunes. Place overall was pretty good.

The unit could not be cooled lower than 76 degrees Made it really hard to get a good nights sleep Ice maker didnt work but had trays to make ice Hardly any water pressure in the kitchen sink but showers were great Needed a good cleaning and take care of all the peeling paint Have stayed here before and seems like they are not taking good care of the unit

After having this issue with the key pad not accepting the code I was given a week in advance of my stay which I thought was odd, everything went great. The response from the realtor was quick and the new code let us right in. The condo was clean and comfortable. The furniture was in good condition and comfortable.The view from the deck was exactly what we wanted. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful.

Durant Station

The condo was spotless. The view amazing! I really appreciated the high deck furniture. This is the second time we’ve been to Paradise Penthouse, and hopefully we’ll be back!

Beautiful views!

This condo has beautiful views of the ocean and was plenty roomy for the two of us. The kitchen was well equipped. We had all the tools we needed to prepare all of our meals in. There is also a pretty good view of the sound from the entryway side and the wrap-around balcony. Hope to stay there again soon!
