Overall, the unit was clean and tidy, however some features appeared very worn and tired. The mattresses were comfortable as was the ac. We loved the pool and convenient private access to the beach.

Best kept secret! Location is wonderful. Rooms slightly outdated but everything worked as it should. This is our yearly go to spot.

Great vacation. Perfect for us boomers with quiet beaches even during the 4th of July Holiday. Pool was well maintained and property was wonderful. Can't say enough good things about the property or the area. Will absolutely stay again. Wish it was closer to home!

All of the condos are well appointed and within a short distance to everything you might need to do - mainly great restaurants nearby - the condo and the setting are the ultimate in relaxation

OBX Dream

This was our second year in a row staying in this condo ( and we are booked for next year) . Love the location, condo is well kept, love the pool and beach access. The elevator is a plus !! In the past we stayed in a big house but for the 2 of us this is perfect.

We loved the location. Quiet, family friendly!

It was good except for a few maintenance issues and a couple of cleaning issues. We took care of the cleaning issues.
