After a day in the sun, unwind in the heated pool or lounge on the deck while watching the sunset. This spacious townhome comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families and groups. With its open layout, coastal décor, and thoughtful touches throughout, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths for up to 10 guests
Custom-built bunk beds perfect for kids or extra guests
Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials for cooking at home
Keurig and regular coffee makers for your morning brew
Smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows and movies
Comfortable furnishings and coastal artwork that capture the island vibe
Pet Friendly
Your furry friends are welcome, too! This property is pet-friendly (a pet cleaning fee applies), so no family member has to be left behind.

Take advantage of the private deck with seating and a new PK charcoal grill—perfect for cookouts after a beach day. Take a dip in your own private heated pool. Enjoy the fireworks display over the bay on warm evenings or walk to nearby restaurants and bars for live music and island nightlife.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs, charcoal grill, beach chairs, and beach towels. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen, and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.
Our beach home is a pet-friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction.
