Experience the perfect blend of tranquility and modern living in this beautifully appointed lock-off studio. This upstairs studio includes a spacious bedroom with a King size bed, cozy fireplace, Desk and smart TV. The Master Bathroom has beautiful upgraded countertops, a walk in shower, and a large soaking tub. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, sink, as well as both a Keurig coffee maker and standard drip coffee maker. The kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes and flatware to make your stay comfortable. Dine outside on the private patio with beautiful views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Benefit from full access to Legacy Villas amenities, including 12 pools, 11 spas, fitness center, clubhouse, 24/7 front gate security and convenient EV charging stations located throughout the community.
