Premium Location in Legacy Villas! Situated upstairs in a standalone building, this studio delivers ultimate privacy and relaxation and is also steps away from the main clubhouse and pool.
Experience the perfect blend of tranquility and modern living in this beautifully appointed lock-off studio. This upstairs studio includes a spacious bedroom with a Queen size bed, cozy fireplace, and smart TV. The Master Bathroom has beautiful upgraded countertops, a walk in shower, and a large soaking tub. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, sink, as well as both a Keurig coffee maker and standard drip coffee maker. The kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes and flatware to make your stay comfortable. Benefit from full access to Legacy Villas amenities, including 12 pools, 11 spas, fitness center, clubhouse, 24/7 front gate security and convenient EV charging stations located throughout the community.
