Sii il primo a rilassarti e goditi il tuo soggiorno in questo appartamento quattro camere da letto, quattro bagni, splendidamente arredate e decorate professionalmente. Venite a vedere la grande cucina personalizzata e una TV HD da 55 pollici nel soggiorno e le TV HD a schermo piatto in tutte le camere da letto.

Entrando non puoi fare a meno di tirare fuori un sospiro e lasciare che le tue preoccupazioni vadano mentre ti rilassi in questo condominio di 2550 piedi quadrati. Rilassati nella stanza bonus con una splendida vista sull'oceano !! Il soggiorno esposto a nord ha finestre dal pavimento al soffitto e viste mozzafiato. Un wet-bar e il produttore di ghiaccio miglioreranno ogni festa.

La camera da letto principale dell'appartamento ha un letto matrimoniale, così come il 2 ° e il 4 ° camere da letto !!! Inoltre, la quarta camera da letto ha un letto a castello doppio aggiuntivo!

Absolutely Incredible!

Our group had an amazing time. This property is really spectacular! Beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. And is also part of the lovely Oasis Resort which offers many fun activities as well as lots of great amenities while conveniently located directly on beautiful Orange Beach. Can’t wait to return!

Overall this condo was amazing and five stars. Very nice, spacious, big rooms all with bathrooms, updated amenities, great. Property management was super responsive and easy to work with. My only complaint is the check in instructions provided stated: “ Every car in your party will need a pass. Each pass is a one time fee of 60.00 (subject to change). ”Therefore, we were under the impression we had to purchase 2 separate parking passes for each vehicle. We did it online for smoother check in. When we got to the desk to pick them up they handed us 4 passes and told us each purchase COMES with 2 passes. The instructions continue to say you are only allowed 2 vehicles max so why they would give us 4 passes was confusing? We asked for a refund due to the misunderstanding and they quickly said no and would not discuss it further. We even asked if we could have a credit for the restaurant instead of a refund and again was immediately told no. That’s extremely disappointing and frustrating to not even consider it.Overall the condo itself was amazing but the property management handling check in on site was rude and dismissive.

Great condo that had everything needed for our entire family.

We loved all of the pools and lazy river. Adult pool and updated splash pad were a great upgrade from our visit last year. Love the facilities!

Beautiful Kitchen

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owner did a wonderful job of making this unit stand out from the rest. The kitchen, bar and bathroom vanities were beautifully done! The space is huge and plenty of room for a large family. The Gulf view from the floor to ceiling windows off the entry is beautiful, as is the Gulf State Park View from the balcony. Some of the amenities by the management company could be better. Low linen/bedding options, extra blanket in the master needs to be laundered (smelled like dog), super cheap bar soap in the bathrooms, no hand soap in the kitchen, not enough towels for an extended stay of more than a night or two. The sofa in the entry needs to be replaced, as springs are popping up making it very uncomfortable to sit on, and that is the only place to see the ocean in the apartment, pillows on living room sectional are completely flat and useless. Some minor maintenance issues that can be easily fixed such as loose toilet paper holder in master and loose faucets. Kitchen faucet is also broken. All in, it’s a gorgeous place that would be great for 4 couples, families, or a girls’/boys’ trip. Just needs a little more attention to a few minor issues and it would be great!

Beautiful views and lots of space!

We vacationed with our whole family and had plenty of room to space out. The condo was beautiful. We had trouble with the ice maker (user error) and someone was sent promptly to help us figure it out. Very attentive ! We were disappointed there were not any chairs or ocean toys in the condo, but not a deal breaker by any means. Would suggest some extra linens and towels. We will def book again! Location was great and the kiddos loved the pool, splash pad, and lazy river!

We loved it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. It was the first family vacation where we all stayed in the same unit. There was ample space, lots of light and we really enjoyed ourselves. The only complaint is the unit floor was dirty and there need to be more elevators but all of the staff, other guests we encountered, we were very happy with!

Liked the 2 separate places to gather. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, small appliances, etc. Just wish the fourth bedroom would have had a bathroom in the room not down the hallway.

Family Birthday Trip

Overall the experience was verygood, but for the price we paid I expect great. The Condo was lovley, spacious, and well equipped. However, in the pictures it appeared that the balcony looked out over the ocean, not the case. even though it was rainly/overcast it would have been nice to be able to sit out and listen to the waves breaking. Other than that my complainst were small, the sheets on one of the beds were stained with black marks... not dirty, but stained. A couple of the coffee cups and the baking pan we used for cookies were not clean (coffee grounds and baked on food) and there were no batteries in the remote controls for the TV's in TWO of the bedrooms (very frustraiting to my teenage grandsons) These details were small and didn't have a huge impact on our stay but again when paying a premium price I expect a premium experience. We love the location and I will stay there again but probabky not this unit, I want Ocean Front. JP

Family vacation

Beautiful condo. Loved the 1812 unit. Appreciated the comfortable king sized bedding in each room. Our entire family was very pleased. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to easily make a family thanksgiving meal. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you
