This bright, 4-story modern townhouse is just a 10-minute walk from Pearl Street. It is conveniently located near local dining, shops, and trails and is only 0.5 miles from the CU campus and Folsom Field, making everything easily accessible.
This townhouse features high-end Viking kitchen appliances, West Elm furniture, and a rooftop patio. The living area is on the second floor and includes a sleeper sofa, while the main bedroom is on the third floor.

West Elm furniture includes high-end Viking kitchen appliances, an LG washer and dryer, and Hunter Douglas Honeycomb electric shades in the kitchen and main bedroom.
Nespresso coffee maker with both expresso and coffee pods.
Complimentary bi-weekly cleanings for 28+ day stays.
This townhouse sleeps four comfortably but can accommodate six.
We do not accept date changes or exceptions to our cancellation policy.
Guest access
Guests can use the entire space.
Other things to note
Just to let you know, although we have successfully hosted many families, our house is not baby/toddler-proofed. Please be prepared if you are traveling with babies, toddlers, or young children. It is four stories and has lots of stairs.
The floors/stairs are hardwood and slippery, so please use caution.
