Hi! We live in central PA, and fell in love with Delaware after vacationing in the Bethany Beach area for many summers. In fact, many times we stayed right here in the same neighborhood. We loved all it had to offer - the bike and walking trails, the pool, dog park, beach shuttle, etc. We decided that it was where we wanted to be! We hope you love the area as much as we do. Enjoy a cozy, quiet neighborhood to relax and wind down each night after spending the day at the beach, shopping at the outlets, or playing competitive mini-golf at numerous location options. This home is located in a neighborhood that is welcoming for children to ride bikes, learn pickleball, or enjoy a swim at the clubhouse. A beach shuttle is provided to and from Bethany Beach, to avoid driving and paying to park.
