The home was very clean, kitchen had ample utensils, cooking ware etc. The view from the livingroom was great!Very comfortable.

This house is amazing for a multi family get away. Everything was neat and clean. Beautiful view and very close to the beach. There are lots of stairs so if that would be a problem for anyone in your party that would be my only caution.

The house was great for all my family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was nice. I love that it was close to the water that we could walk there easily. I would recommend this house to anyone that has 8 or 9 guest very comfortable. Thank you for having it available it was much better than a hotel.

We had an amazing time at Sandborn! This year we spent our Spring Break with friends. I’ve stayed at Sandborn before, and it never disappoints. The rooms are big enough for at least 3-4 families. Our kids decided to take over the living room downstairs and made it their own getaway. This place is perfect for the best views, walking distance to the beach, hot tubbing at night, and very dog friendly. The host was great in answering my questions quickly, which I truly appreciated. I’m definitely coming back.

This is a wonderful house. We had 7 adults and 5 grandkids and were all very comfortable in such a large house. The view is stunning, the walk to the beach is very short and the trail that the grands could ride bikes on a bonus. We did have some questions when we arrived that were responded to promptly and courtesly. The only disappointment was that there was no garage access. You will note the photos of the property crop out the three car garage, we wee informed in the check in message it was not available for guest use. We were not concerned about vehicle parking but we had over 13K in bicycles that we didn’t want to leave out in the salt air. We managed the put a few in the laundry room. Overall the house was clean, well stocked except for a shortage of dishwasher soap, comfortable and made for an enjoyable stay for our family. We hope to return sometime and do it again.

The home was within a short walk of the beach and had a wonderful view of the ocean. It was laid out well for our large group. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils for preparing meals at the property. Great location. Lots to do nearby.It could use some maintenance ( carpet cleaning, painting, screen repair), but overall was a lovely home and we would be happy to stay there again.

Fantastic location

Beautiful location in the dunes near the ocean. Large, comfortable home. Would stay here again. This would be a great place for a large family.
