Loved the property. Just what we needed and felt like a real home. Location was so ideal for us and nothing was forgotten in the facilities. It was unusually very hot in SD but with the fans we coped. AC obviously would have helped . Would so book again if/ when we return to SD.

Something to know about California is alot of homes have no air as nights are cool. The only negative was the room down the steps has a door to terrace. I wish there was a screen door to leave open as I couldn't bring myself to leave a door open. But it was super comfortable with windows open!!! Very convenient to ammenities!!

We have been coming to OB for 40yrs. I loved the location. Beautiful home! Super busy corner but loved it, I live in the city so traffic is no bother. Home was very clean just mainly cobwebs up high and down low. 0.5mil from beach cannot beat that. Close to downtown OB too. Off street parking is wonderful. We fit 2 big SUV's in the spots.Only thing I would recommend would be a little privacy where the BBQ grill and table & chairs are located since it is a busy corner and they do California stops,,LOLGreat host. Having off-street parking that comfortably fits two large SUVs right in OB is definitely a huge perk, so we are glad that made your trip seamless! We also really appreciate your constructive suggestion regarding privacy around the outdoor patio and grill area. Being on a vibrant corner is great for people-watching, but we completely understand wanting a bit more of a secluded feel while relaxing outside. We are already looking into design options like privacy screening or lattice fencing to make that outdoor dining space feel much more private for future stays. It was an absolute pleasure hosting you and your group from Arizona, and we would love to welcome you back to your home away from home in OB anytime!

Excellent location and great to have off street parking. We didn’t need the car unless we left the area. Beach was great. Laundry is a big plus. The house would benefit from some AC window units and a dehumidifier. We had the fans running full blast and it was still very hot and humid in the house which made sleeping difficult. There is also a mildew smell in the smaller bath.

Excellent base to explore OB and San Diego

Loved; the location within easy walk of the ocean and so many restaurants. Alao on several bus routes to Old Town or Balboa Park. Plenty of space indoor and out.

This property ended up working very well for our group of travelers on a work trip. The house was a little smaller in real life than it looked in the pictures, but it still worked well. It's on a busy street, but that makes it close to everything in Ocean Beach. It was easy to get around to other parts of the city, including Point Loma and Mission Bay. The hosts were proactive and clear in communication. Do note that this property does NOT have air conditioning. We were able to stay comfortable enough with box fans and open windows, but I had not noticed the lack of AC when booking.

It was a fine place to stay as long as you don’t mind 6:30 am wake up call - every morning! Planes from SAN fly directly over the house. Other than that, it was fine. The constant plane traffic makes sitting outside a little noisy!

Great house for family

This three-bedroom home was perfect for the family. Clean and close to the beach and town. The gated driveway was perfect for our car but might be too short if you have a long vehicle. The kitchen had everything we needed to serve a nice Thanksgiving dinner.

Great place to enjoy Ocean Beach

Great little beach property close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Made for a great place to stay to enjoy San Diego and to allow our surfing-obsessed boys plenty of time to surf. Only thing to note is that the 4th bed is an inflatable. Would have been great if that was in the property description.

Shops close by, beach also. Nice outside area. An older house with class. Reminded me of going to my grandma's house when I was 8 and I'm 78 now. Modern conveniences. Refrig did not have an ice maker, had to buy 2 ice cube trays. Left them with the house. Not having to park in the street a bonus.

Great with one hiccup

All was great except there was a smell coming from the master bedroom shower drain that the owners tried to remedy, but was never fixed during our stay.

Lesli, We do apologize about the issues, but as the plumber mentioned it was not an issue with the shower or any of the drains. The smell was coming from next door, which we had the neighbors remedy.

Great Beach Town, Great Property, Great Price

It was my first time renting a beach house in San Diego and I was blessed to find this one. Ocean Beach is now my favorite place in San Diego. The house is in walking distance to Newport St and the beach, the house accommodated 4 adults and 1 child very well, and Titan Beach Rentals was extremely easy to work with. We were able to check in hours early, check out an hour late, and were left alone to enjoy our time there and relax. The front yard is great for rinsing off after spending time at the beach, the patio furniture and BBQ created a great space to eat and hang with the fam, and we left with almost all clean clothes. Even though the beach is really 3 blocks from the house, the location is amazing and I will definitely stay there again if it’s available.

Excellent location! 15 min drive or less to all tourist attractions. Groceries and shopping within walking distance. Fun town! The management company was very responsive. Couple minor things that could be disclosed a bit better. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds. There is not a twin bed, there was an air mattress but no bedding for it. We left food in wrappers on counter and woke up to ants. There was not paper towel and limited toilet paper. We did have to buy during our stay.

Michele, Thank you for staying with us. The twin bed is the air mattress, and we keep extra linens in the hall closet and in the master bedroom closet. We do leave paper towels and a starter kit, per the check in instructions.
