Brand new to the Golden Isles Retreats vacation rental program!
This 3 bed 3 bath condo is in the perfect location on South St. Simon's Island. You are a quick 3/4 minutes to the causeway allowing for easy travel on/off the island. You are also only 3 miles (7 min) to Pier Village where you can enjoy great restaurants, shopping, ice cream and the Neptune Splash Pad during summer months. You are also only 1 mile from Redfern village where you can dine at award-winning restaurants such as Ember and Wolfe Island Oyster Co and have your morning coffee at Wake Up Coffee (a local favorite).
If you fancy the beach, you can be on the sand at East Beach within 10 minutes door to water! If you prefer the pool, you have access sun-up to sun-down just a few steps away from the condo.
Inside you will be greeted by an open-concept living room and the kitchen. There is also one bedroom and one bathroom on the main floor. The downstairs bedroom contains a King bed. The primary bedroom is upstairs and contains a King bed. The upstairs guest room has two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
The home is also equipped with many extras such as beach chairs, an umbrella, a grill and games just in case the weather isn't ideal. There is also plenty of seating in the main living area and smart TVs throughout the home (including in every bedroom).
Note:
*All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled.
*Pets are NOT allowed. Violations of the no pet policy will result in a $500 fine and immediate notice to vacate the property with no refund.
*Available parking for 2 vehicles in front of the home but there's a few open parking nearby on a first-come, first-serve basis. We recommend guests to limit their group to two cars to avoid towing.
*Trailers and boats are not allowed.
*Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.
*Pack N Plays, high chairs and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
*Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
*For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
House Rules:
No loud noise after 10pm per county ordinance. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund. No loud music. No parties.
Smoking inside the home will result in a $2,000 fee.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.
